JS LANDSCAPE has been the Seattle and Puget Sound area's leader in residential synthetic lawns and turfs. We carry top quality American Made Synthetic Grass products and provide industry leading installation and design work. As a locally owned and operated company, we are proud to share local references and even let you go see our work.
JS has provided high quality installation and service. We want our customers to be thrilled with the professional design of their sprinkler system and the neatness of the installation. Landscapers do not specialize in sprinkler systems, leaving many clients with a poorly designed system. It is our specialty.

J's Landscape was really helpful with fixing a big leak with our sprinkler system. They answered my call right away and were over at my house to start repairs within a few hours. They got the issue fixed same day and the quality of the repairs looks great. Lastly, they were very nice, helped explain to me what the problem was and what my options were, and were upfront about the price. Overall, I was very impressed and would go back to them for future landscaping needs!

Carlos and team were amazing to work with. He came by the same day I originally called him and showed me turf samples. He gave me pricing that evening. He was really responsive, professional, friendly, worked with our budget, and the turf is awesome. He showed up early and always communicated about his schedule. We had a lot of rainy days to deal with. After his turf work was complete we asked him to do concrete work as well and it turned out great. I’m picky, and he impressed me a ton! We’d love to work with them again and we’d highly recommend their services. Also, something to note - everyone

Carlos and his team did a new irrigation system for our front lawn and 3 garden beds. They did a great job and Carlos returned at the end of the day to show us how to set up the app/timer. We also hope to do turf in our back yard before next summer and we'll be calling JS Landscaping for that project too. We would highly recommend them!

Carlos and his team did a fantastic job! He came out the same day I contacted him for an estimate. He worked within our budget and got our project done in 1.5 days. We have a small yard and wanted to get pet/kid friendly turf and patio installed. He gave us a variety of options to choose from and made the entire process so easy! 100% would recommend having Carlos work on your next project!

It was a great pleasure working with Carlos! He was very professional, knowledgeable, quick to provide an estimate for our landscaping project and very attentive to the details. What was initially estimated to take 3 days to complete ended up being done in a day and a half, yet still with the utmost quality. The synthetic grass that was installed looks amazing and we look forward to enjoying it this Spring/Summer, and for years to come. Carlos and his team were phenomenal!! It has been one month since he completed our yard and fence project and we are still thrilled with the result. After we requested several bids from companies, he came over the same day to provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable and suggested we use ecology blocks rather than paver blocks to extend our yard and flatten a large slope. His quote was reasonable, which included the retaining wall, filling with dirt, seeding grass, and fencing the entire perimeter of our back yard.
