Andy and his crew did a great job with the fence extension and gate. We spoke over the phone and went over the details with measurements. Although I happened to be out of town, Andy was able to visit the property and make his assessments and got his crew within a few days to start working. His team was exceptional especially when this work was done during the summer peak of heat. Offered the guys cold drinks and food because they were working with no complaints. I agreed with him to do the project because I didn't get response from other 2 bids. Andy was really nice and he said he will help me to get thing done. They showed up 1 day, left some of the mess on my back yard. The front yard was dig up near my front door with messy grass and dirt got on my entrance. They didn't show up the second day!
Another bid came with a lot lower price so I asked Any to match the price but he said no. I asked him if we stop the project, he said he need me to pay him $500 more on top of $2000 I already paid him. Unfortunately, my $2K auto payment

Andy didn't start new fence installation work for long for various reasons after taking 75% of the total cost as deposit. He offered to return the deposit money back. I took him up on the offer. I wasn't going to write a review because Covid has been hard on small businesses. However, Andy's tactics for not returning the money has convinced me that he has no regards for business ethics. The below is the documentation of my interaction with him (from my email records).

Don't be swayed just because this company has four stars. Read the negative reviews too. We worked with All Star to get a concrete pad installed underneath our deck. The final product was just sloppy and I had to spend additional time on the phone trying to get them out again to correct things. Whats even more disappointing is I heard a bunch of reasons why it could not be better after they completed. Nothing beforehand. I really don't like writing bad reviews. Honestly. I'm not one of the sadists on yelp who get off on putting others down. But honestly I can't recommend this business to anyone right now.
Our fence has been an absolute fiasco. The initial install was delayed for weeks due to various staffing and scheduling issues. Look, I get it. We're in a pandemic. I was completely understanding with the initial delays. It happens.

I will definitely go through this company again if the opportunity presents itself.
I called to get a quote for a job and was asked if I could provide a couple of photos in lieu of them not being able to make it out the same day. Moments after I did, I was given a very agreeable quote for the work I was looking to get done. I was then scheduled for the crew to come by the next day.
They showed up and introduced themselves, assessed the job and told me it should only take 2-3 hours. Two hours later, they let me know that they were done and asked if I would like to inspect the finished product

Andy and his team did a wonderful job doing a fence repair that involved three different neighbors. He came out and did estimates giving us a quote by the end of the day, and was able to begin work about a week later! His quotes were on par with several other companies that we met with but we chose to go with All Star because I liked my conversation with Andy the best.
The amount of time it took for the team to take down our old, rotting fence and build the new fence was only about three days. I was really impressed with the speed and quality of their work during the time. Andy was really helpful

After I reached out to Andy (after paying him) that the gate opening was still too small, and why that was an issue, he was responsive and fast in sending a guy out to fully fix it. It looks as if Yelp never sent him my initial full request (so be aware of that bug if you reach out to companies using Yelp) where I specific the minimum dimensions, and he didn't remember it from our in-person conversation. Within days he'd redone the entire gate so it's now even a little over our minimum dimensions (which is great), and even made it more secure

Andy and his crew were fantastic. They exceeded all my expectations with the install of my new fence. The price was very competitive, the work was absolutely beautiful and the amount of detail and customer service was just amazing!!!! My dog is now able to run my yard freely and I’m considering having them return to work on possibly installing a new deck. 1000% recommend!
