Development occurs at a rapid pace during the first eighteen months after birth. In an effort to keep infants with peers of similar developmental levels together, infants are divided into two smaller classroom groups. The Composers are our babies who are 6 weeks old through mobile infants and our Pioneers are mobile infants through approximately eighteen months.

Its so sad to see some of the negative reviews. My children have been going to this daycare for over 3 years and all the staff has been so welcoming and accommodating. The teachers and administration have always looked out for the best interest of the children and their safety. They are quality rated and have been for as long as I have known which means that they have to have a low student to teacher ratio so the comments that they are understaffed are inaccurate. My family is from Florida and our 1 year old daughter has not been in daycare prior to coming to New Odyssey. I was skeptical for all the same reasons as any parent. However, the staff at Millcreek has been awesome and very helpful with my transition. The leadership from Josette, Jennifer and Debbie has all been great. I read reviews prior to deciding to register my daughter and read reviews about Jennifer Turner, the assistant director which gave me pause. FOOD ALLERGY/SPECIAL NEEDS PARENTS - Do not put your kids here. My son attended pre-k here. I came across something today that rehashed my entire experience and how bad it was. I couldn't not write a review.
Food allergy issues: They are extremely particular about what they allow you to pack your kid for lunch. My son is allergic to dairy. The school is VERY conscious of nut allergies but did not give two craps about his dairy allergy. I could not pack him virtually any basic snacks like organic vegan "cheezits", organic veggie straws, ketchup packets, etc.. They nitpicked something

My son has been at the New Odyssey daycare center since he was 6 months old. He is now almost 7. The staff has been amazing at this location! They are all caring and kind from the office staff to the wonderful team that actually watch him and help him with homework. They feel like an extended part of our family. They are always quick to call to give me updates and always check in on him if he's missed school for any reason, because they care. It is scary leaving your child with complete strangers, entrusting them in their care......New Odyssey understood my worries and never once did I feel like my child was a number. Miss Isabel was the first person I ever left my child with at New Odyssey and I fell in love with her care and with New Odyssey!!
