We're fiercely competitive when it comes to Gaga Ball championships. And while we may fight over whether the Big Bopper or the Choco Taco will take home the Ultimate Dessert gold (who are we kidding - Choco Taco never stood a chance), we can band together quicker than you can say "inside joke" to turn something into an inside joke, and then laugh about it until the cows come home.

College is busy enough. If you looked into every summer opportunity that came your way you'd never leave the library. Deciding what to do with your summer should be F-U-N, not overwhelming. What you do with your summer can grow you as a person, make the world better and give you a new experience, especially when you make the simple choice to work at Eagle Lake Camps.

Our heart is that no child would be denied experiencing the love of Jesus through our camps because of finances, but many parents simply do not have the means to send their kids to camp.Your gift to our campership program bridges the gap! There are amazing programs all over our country that are impacting high-need communities.

This camp deprived my suicidal child of medicine needed to keep her sane. They sent her alone to the bathroom during a thunderstorm. They didn’t teach the campers how to use the canoes and just sent them out to fend for themselves. And overall the experience was horible. My child still talks about it with tears and fear in her eyes.

I attended this camp when I was in junior high (I'm 38 now). While I'll admit it was lots of fun (swimming, hiking, zipline, canoeing, etc) they shove some very neo Christian values down the kid's throats.
On one particular night at the mess hall where the campers eat dinner, the staff and counselors decided to dress up as terrorists and raid the hall. With fake guns and knives they proceeded to force the campers to profess their love for Jesus and God. It was terrifying and realistic. Most everyone was crying and sobbing. The only way I can explain suppressing it all these years is the amount

I just attended this camp, and I had a great time at this camp, though this place does have its apparent flaws. For one, its very easily to get something stolen from here. I had 4 things taken from me during the week. This is more on me and less on the camp, but they don't really prevent theft very well. Another thing is the Bible study. It's not very fun. And while yeah, your not gonna have as much fun reading the Bible as you are gonna have going down the waterslide or something like that, it's still not very enjoyable. They don't really teach us in a fun or thought provoking way, they just sorta

One of the most incredible camps I’ve ever been too. First of all the counselors are extremely nice and at the same time help you learn about god. I don’t feel in anyway that they “shove christian values down the kids throats.”
I also want to clarify that you get 8+ shells when you go to the shooting range. Also I want to clarify that you get unlimited rides on the water slide and unlimited rides on the zip line. Counselors are with your kids at all times and they only leave the cabin when they have to use the restroom or something else that needs to be done. Bullying is a strict policy

I went to camp this year (2017) as a Crew Camper, and it was fantastic! The leaders were great, campers were great, and the in depth discipleship is fantastic. Now, a few cons, not everyone who goes to Crew is a completely sold out Christian, but that goes for anyplace. The leaders are great, and the reason they leave the tents sometimes is because they have other things to do. The food is alright, but since its cooked largely by relatively inexperienced campers, its not always the best. Sleep is a pain, as we wake up at 5 or 6, but for those who are public schooled it shouldn't be a problem. All

If you are interested in giving your child a fun and rewarding Christian experience, this camp is the place to be. There are various positions one can have at the camp, i.e., as a camper for one week, as a crew member for several weeks, or as a counselor for several weeks, etc. Younger children start out as campers, and many will return several times as a camper. If they REALLY like the camp experience, they may volunteer to return at an older age to serve on the crew (in various positions). A more mature Christian may even serve later as a counselor. We have four children, and they have all been

I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I was with this camp. I sent both my kids there on separate weeks. They both had a miserable experience. Don't get pulled in by all the different activities they list on their website - they will barely be allowed to do any of them. Zip line - one ride, water slide - one ride, rifle range - 3 shells -- ALL WEEK!!! Why do they even have these things? Is it just to taunt kids with all the activities they can look at? I would caution any parent with a special needs child to avoid this place at all cost. The inexperienced and inattentive staff will not
