Several years ago Dr. Lurie empowered me with the information I needed to make the best choice for me related to the arthritis in my knee. When the time came for knee replacement a few months ago I went into surgery fully informed about the process. I had no complications and was recently able to walk several miles a day during travel. Dr. Lurie is a unique blend of a very intelligent physician who is also invariably compassionate. He listens, thinks, then responds. This is the third orthopedic practice I have been to in the past 15 years or so. I am highly satisfied with the care hat I receive. I see Dr. Estrada. He is caring and concerned, but at the same time is straightforward and doesn't sugar coat things. He has offered me many different options for treatment, and this has allowed me to really feel like pet of my care. I would recommend him, and this practice!

Having just had hip replacement surgery by Dr. Lance Estrada, I am thrilled with the outcome and the speed of my recovery. Dr. Estrada preformed the more advanced" Anterior" method of hip replacement surgery that is less invasive and usually leads to faster recovery times. In after just two weeks, I had little pain, was driving, and returned to work. Orthopedic Associates are the go-to guys for your knee, shoulder and hip problems. OA was recommended to me by a nurse and they are 5 equally capable surgeons who operate out of Touro next door. I had Dr. Lurie, who I would definitely recommend and heard great things about Dr. Estrada and Dr. Watson as well.
Bottom line, my doctor did an excellent job with my knee replacement, I felt like everyone was there to help me and did their best work. This is certainly a place that you can rest assured you're in good hands.

This really is a phenomenal doctor's office, and I have NEVER been inclined to label a doctor's office phenomenal. After leaving the emergency room at 4am I was able to walk in here the same day, while Dr. Estrada and his nurse Donna properly fixed my poor broken leg. I am not simply grateful.
