Brought my phone to fix the screen that worked TOTALLY fine but was just cracked an now the phone been bugging out ever since...battery dies in less then 5 minutes and when u plug it in to charge it says plug into itunes...can swear they switched my battery with an old one or something because when i got the phone back its like the battery was unplugged...u dont gotta touch the battery to switch the screen.....switchin a screen shouldnt cause these problems its soooo annoying...guy at the place is like i can put the old screen back on if u want....no help at all...worst mistake ever was taking

I walked into the shop with my MacBook Pro not charging. Rich was able to diagnose my issue and give me a solution to my problem within minutes. He went above and beyond my expectations. Even recovering my files for work on a flash drive minutes before my computer screen shut off for the last time. This review is 5 years late, but I plan coming back today for a computer repair. These guys are actually amazing - they are real, genuine people who genuinely care about your satisfaction as a customer. I damaged the screen on my Macbook Pro and waited ages to get it fixed, knowing it was going to cost a pretty penny. When I brought it into to Tech Boys, Rich confirmed the high price tag on the part. His repair fee was incredibly reasonable for a pretty in depth job. He was very professional and communicative and had my computer back to me in record time. I feel really good about recommending them. Super experience.

Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable on literally all things technical - phones, pcs, laptops, tablets, and more. My phone cracked and also eventually had technical issues and Pedro got me a new phone for a fraction of the price, along with a new case and screen protector and warranty. Will definitely be back if needed in the future!

Came in to Tech Boys in Patchogue, looking for a pretty complicated RGB build. I spoke to Rich on the phone and we set up a game plan.. of which I completely deviated from and went overboard. Regardless, once I brought in all of the parts, they went right to work. You absolutely get what you pay for. I went to them because building with RGB is way over my head and they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Brought my dead flash drive to them in May. They charged about $40 for "diagnostic". I had to keep calling and calling and they kept saying they were trying everything they could. I let it go for a few weeks, then called back and they said to go buy another flash drive and bring it in so that they could transfer the data. I did. This was in mid July. They charged me an additional $43.

My front screen was pretty cracked. Totally messed up. The staff fixed it up very quickly but my screen is just not working like it did before the crack. The case I got wasn't really synced up properly with the buttons. I just came out of this thinking I probably should have gone to Apple directly or just gotten a new phone. I'm on my phone way too much to worry about the screen touching being all messed up and weird. I'd almost rather have my cracked screen back

I called to get a quote in having my phone fixed and they were professional and friendly, and on top of that, they actually recommended I go back to Apple because my phone is still under warranty - so I'll save money. I like honest business people and was happy to experience it with these guys! I will certainly use them in the future for any broken device not under warranty.

In late March, I brought in my grandmother's old computer in to be repaired after I had milk on it. I as long as the majority believed it was fried anyways, Pedro told me that it would take between 3-4 business days. The day we got the computer back marked 5 months since they took the computer in, which was this past Friday the 28th of August. After my Note II Samsung phone was damaged by accidental immersion in water, I bought it to Tech Boys. They performed a water draining procedure; unfortunately, it did not recover all of the phone's functions. They gave me a partial refund and continued to work on the phone. In and out in 10 minutes, wifi on the wife's iPhone is fixed! I was expecting to have to buy a new phone after going online and reading in forums about the issue. They fixed the antenna at a very reasonable price. Knowledgable guys, they fix laptops, desktops and tablets also. Go support a local business owned by local young men if you have issues with any of those devices.
