I spoke with Joleen on the phone concerning an issue with my mother's phone - and immediately felt comforted by her. She provided me with all of the information that I needed at that time. Several days later I had to come in, an once again, Joleen took immediate action. It was her patience with my mom that I am most grateful of, but her professionalism and ability to quickly fix the issue is what will make me go back to Joleen in the future!

Joleen Backer owner of this store is FRAUD and SCAMMER. She will give you false promises of original OEM screen but will replace duplicate screen and will you charge you as per the original screen price. When I told with her about it she said she never talk about OEM screen. I have proofs of our chat where she cleared mentioned about the original OnePlus6T screen. She even told she is doing for long time, you can do whatever you want and threatened to physically hurt me if I contact her any more about it. She should be reported to the police.

I was in a bind with a broken phone at 7:00 PM on a Friday, and CRKD was a lifesaver! Quick to respond, incredibly kind, fairly priced, and had me on my way in less than an hour from when I arrived. Honestly, very positive experience for me and my iPhone 6s. If anything else happens (and I hope it doesn’t), I’d go back.

After needing a screen repair on my android device, Joleen exceeded all expectations with her service and kindness. Joleen manages her time very well so all work is done in a timely manner. 100% quality work and you never feel rushed. She takes the time to explain everything and paperwork was fast and easy. Way better experience than going to a bigger chain retailer and better pricing too. I'll definitely be going back to her for any future cellphone misshapes.
