My nurse, Mallory, provided the best service I've ever received in a hospital. The ER was incredibly busy with over 90 persons being treated yet Mallory gave me incredible care. She handled a nearby irritated patient with incredible tact and patience. This Healthcare professional deserves a raise and gets a sincere thank you from me.

Everyone I encountered were extremely nice an very informative. Everything was explained in detail as to what was going to happen. I would definitely recommend tmc to everyone I know. Dr. Oro was amazing as well. If you ever need a port catheter inserted than he is definitely who you should have do it.

We went to the Anna ER last Saturday as I was 5 weeks pregnant and had some bleeding and cramping happening. I was taken back to a room questioned, peed in a cup but never had blood drawn to check HCG levels or Progesterone which ultimately could have saved my pregnancy. I was never given a wristband and all medical facilities have a two step verification process believe me I know. The sonographer did a 25 minute pelvic exam as I was already in pain and wouldn’t allow my HUSBAND to stay. We waited for an hour and a half while the doctor played on his phone for someone to read the results for

I would like to say that even tho I was diagnosed with Covid-19 durning my visit, I have never been treated with more respect and kindness.. My ER Nurse Mike was absolutely kind, amazing, sweet, attentive and all around a really loving and caring nurse.. As busy as he was he was with me about 90% of my stay. I would absolutely like him to know how much I appreciate him.. I was there December 3 at around 3:00 pm.. He was the best nurse I've had in almost 50 years..

WILL NEVER GO TO TMC AGAIN! I had severe pain and sat in the er for 2 days (after being admitted but told there were not beds available upstairs). Nurses were rude and overwhelmed. Doctors were dismissive of my pain and concerns. Doctor came in and processed to YELL at me when his “diagnosis” didn’t explain my symptoms. Went to different ER and was taken care of like a human!!! Filed a report on doctor and hospital but never heard anything back! Please take your loved ones and yourself SOUTH FOR BETTER CARE!!!

Some of the Staff here are great at their jobs and treat the patients like people!!! It seems to be the employees on the lower side of the staff!! After being admitted from the ER, my girlfriend wasn't seen by a doctor till 3pm. I hope this was caused by the New Years Weekend and not normal problem they have.

Six month checkup with Dr. Sanders. He has been my primary care physician for years. In my opinion he is the best. I'very never had a bad experience with Dr. Sanders and only one with TMC. I think we are very fortunate to have this quality facility in our area.

Arrived at 745pm triage completed by 9pm, finally sent back to the ER area at 11pm, now waiting to see how long it takes to get the blood tests and x-rays completed.
Truly believe the Triage intake process requires some drastic process improvement to streamline required tests because once they do the tests it's another 2 hours before the results are back. Very poor Triage process management overall, along with poor Customer Service interfacing us the inability to set customer expectations and stick to them.
I was released at 430 am with my issue as undiagnosed was told to come back in when it

The OR and Recovery staff were excellent. They took very good care of me. After recovery, I was moved to the 6th floor. The nursing staff up there is excellent. There's no way to list all of the exceptional people who took care of me. The only downside of my stay (other than the need for my surgery) was dietary. There's one operator that has always been rude every time I called. Beyond that, the care I received was wonderful. Thank you 6th floor, OR, and recovery staff for taking such good care of me.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. The nurses were not compassionate in the slightest, did the bare minimum, and did not take initiative in any area. I had emergency abdominal surgery, struggled with a lot of nausea. The nurses did not round on me or check on me even every couple of hours, it would be a couple hours before I even saw my nurse after shift change, they didn’t offer to call the doctor when certain medications weren’t working, nor did they even do the basics like pull my blanket up, which obviously would’ve been difficult right after abdominal surgery. There was no communication
