Cindy Neal has been in the irrigation industry her entire life. Cindy's dad, Chester I. Sutton, founded a lawn sprinkler company in Dallas in 1954 and before his retirement held irrigation license #40 in the State of Texas. The original company was called Hi-Spray and American Lawn Sprinkler Company and at the time the lawn sprinkler systems were in kit form.
You have found a problem with your sprinkler system, a wet spot, one or more zone(s) of your sprinkler do not turn on, will not turn off, water gushing out of the lawn or you have a few "fountains" in your lawn and your sprinkler system is just not working like it used to. All of our sprinkler service technicians are licensed by the State of Texas, TCEQ as required by law and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the irrigation industry.
I checked around and found good reviews with American, which is why I went with them. I must say the comments I read were all true. American Sprinkler, Mark, made contact with me as they promised they would, arrived in a timely manner and corrected all of my problems, along with a couple I was unaware of.
