Friends referred me to Emro a few years back and I've been using them since. At the time, I switched because the previous place had damaged some items. Once, ok, it can happen. Twice, well... Third time, "shame on me"... I switched.
At Emro, I have never had any problems. And the quality of the cleaning services at Emro is far superior to that of dry cleaners we've used in the past. For my better quality shirts (more expensive shirts and tux shirts), instead of sending them out to launder Emro washes them in-house. The job is impeccable. The same goes for Emro&apos

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The absolute worst. Stay away. I brought my son's shirt in and it came back shredded like a rag. Owner was extremely rude. Refused to take any blame even though he is the owner. Said he "has to call someone to find out what happened". That's it. Not even an "I'm sorry"
