I don't usually write reviews but I feel the need to compliment Janie and the employees at pamper dry cleaners.. my daughter was asked to be a bridesmaid in her friends wedding in florida... the gown was a wrinkled mess at our home in NY. The dress had to be ready to be worn when it got to florida. Janie made sure it fit into the carry on perfectly... all wrapped in plastic and tissue to prevent wrinkling!!!
I am so impressed with their attention to detail!! I highly recommend them for your dry cleaning!!

Do not go to this cleaners unless you want your clothes to be ruined and to be yelled at by the manager, Robert, when you bring them back to complain! I was literally scolded by this man when I asked him to repress a sweater that they charged me $13 (!) to clean. In front of other customers, he told me not to come back if Im not satisfied with their service. I have been a loyal customer for 15yrs! I will never step foot into this cleaner again. Joe Pinestri....you are leaving your store in the hands of a terrible manager who just lost you a very good customer.

Idk why I have to give a star to this place...Deceitful business practice. Was charged $57 even though I was given a receipt stating the dry cleaning would be 5.75. Manager told me that I should "read better". Will be disputing the charge with credit card company. Real holiday spirit. First and only time customer as I will never be using their services again. My usual dry cleaner charges 1.50 a shirt. This place is a RIPOFF.

This place is the absolute worst. As you can see in the attached picture, my $200 blazer is destroyed after getting it dry cleaned from here. I put it on this morning and realized after taking it out from their packaging, but I'm sure if I go back and tell them they will deny it was them. A pair of pants I picked up as well has the tag hanging by a thread. DO NOT go here, they will destroy your clothes. Surprised they get any business at all.

My boyfriend got me a limited edition jacket for Christmas... only 1989 were made (Star Wars Princess Leia thing haha)....the jacket had a manufacter's defect and could not be worn because it was sewed incorrectly. Columbia (maker of jacket) apparently could not do anything about this nor could they issue me a new jacket as it was one of a kind. It was VERY expensive. So after taking it to a couple of seamstresses FINALLY a woman here was able to confidently cut it apart right in front of my boyfriends mother and assured her she could fix it. For $25 she did just that :) I'm so happy

Very disappointed ! I prepaid for my dry cleaning. When I picked it up I was told I had to pay again I had my receipt to show that I had already paid but they still argued with me saying they had to check their cameras ! The owner called later explaining to me his computer system. All I know is that I paid cash
Who knows what they did Don't prepay especially cash!

I have been going there for years and I finally had to tell them that I was very disappointed on the service they have been providing. They lost a shirt two months ago, knocked off numerous buttons on my dress shirts collar and not sawing them back in the correct place. (could not put a tie on because the buttons were not put on in the right place and was tight around my neck), brought pants in to be repaired the tailor did half the job. Simply terrible!.

The other guy that wrote the last review for this outstanding dry cleaners in the plainview area must have his story twisted. Every time I come into this cleaners I am greeted with a smile by robert & mariam who always treat every garment as if it was their own. When I pick up my most precious & prized garments that are delicate they look even better than the day they were purchased in the department store. They do an exceptional job and have outstanding customer service and treat everyone like an old friend I love going to this cleaners and would not trust or want to go to anyone else

NEVER USE THEM!!! Worst service in the world. I gave them a brand new pair of jeans for alteration and they lost it. Asked me to wait more than a week and refused to give me a refund since I don't have the receipt. Why would I keep a receipt for a pair of jeans that I gave to the tailor??? WORST PLACE. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES NO MATTER WHAT!
