Dr. Mike was born and raised in Bennington, VT, and currently lives in the Berkshires with his wife, Laura, and their three wonderful children: Sean, Alex, and Samantha. He is thrilled to be close to Bennington and to continue the tradition of excellence that Dr. John Hanson provided for the residents of Berkshire County for over four decades.

I needed a modification to my night guard retainer. Ashley was very polite and thoughtful. She was careful to double-check which end space needed to be removed from the retainer. She also did an excellent job sanding down the edge of the retainer to make sure it was not sharp or scratchy. Overall, excellent attention to detail. Keep up the good work!

New patients here, but already this place is stellar. The whole office, from the front desk to Dr. Mike himself, took so much time with each of my daughters- they explained the braces process, the billing and payment options (thanks, Bonnie!), and even took a look at unrelated tooth issues that cropped up that very morning!! The height of kindness, and the height of professionalism. Love!

We absolutely love it here!! The whole staff is just wonderful! They are friendly, caring and know what they’re doing! Whenever my son has an issue, they get us right in to take care of it. His appointments always run on time or earlier and he’s in and out. We’re so happy with our older son’s care, our younger son will be starting treatment in a couple of months as well! Thank you to Dr. Mike and his team for making this as stress free as possible and taking great care of our boy’s smiles!
