I worked with Gina as my recruiter. She is a high energy, intelligent professional, and a fantastic recruiter! Thanks to her I landed an absolute dream position that leverages my prior experience to set me up for success. I cannot speak highly enough about what it was like to work with her. In our initial screening, I felt truly listened to Gina asked meaningful followup questions to better understand my previous experience and desired role. She intuitively understood when a role was not a good fit for me and she was able to properly qualify roles that were a great match.

Terrible experience. Not sure if it's the one specific recruiter I had the misfortune to work with (Lauren) or if it's typical of the type of work they do there. The recruiter reached out to me, I responded, we had a brief conversation, I submitted my resume, which the recruiter supposedly submitted on my behalf to potential employers. Received no updates from recruiter afterwards, have sent several emails which have gone without a response. Very disappointed.

I began working with Lauren B (the other Lauren at Rainier) at the end of March. I appreciate the time she took to really get to know me and the consultative approach she takes as a recruiter. I could tell that she cared about matching me with the right company and not sending me on a dozen interviews hoping something would stick. Within a week of getting her my resume she had found a position for me and set up a phone interview which turned into a second phone interview as well as an onsite interview all for the same week. The company offered me a position in less than a week of my first phone

I applied on the Rainier Recruiting website in January at the very beginning of my job search. Lauren Yamashita followed up quickly to schedule an introductory call. We had a great intro call but I ended up holding off on my job search for a couple of months.
On March 26, I re-engaged with Lauren & sent her my resume, and we scheduled a re-introduction call for the next day so that I could refresh her memory & update her on any changes to my wishlist. Right off the bat, Lauren suggested 3 companies that she thought might be of interest to me & a good fit. She mentioned that Company A was hiring
