Working with Tim was great. He made a few minor tweaks to my resume and within a few days I was interviewing with the company he though I would be a great fit at.
The process wijth Tim was smooth throughout and the communication was top notch throughout, something I had not had great luck with while working with other recruiters.
I highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

I submitted my resume to a number of recruiters and Tim from Orin Rice reached out within 24 hours. I was trying to change careers from engineering into sales and Tim asked me a lot of questions about this, trying to find the perfect fit for submitting my resume.
He was very thorough with his assistance in preparing me for the interviews and stayed on top of the companies with follow-up. He is very down to earth, focused, and didn't seem to just "shoot from the hip" with providing my resume to a range of companies in hopes that someone would bite. I succeeded in landing a top notch

I worked with Tim Sprangers in my search for a tech/SaaS sales job. It was a major career change for me but Tim made the process not only stress free, but enjoyable. He put me in front of several companies that hit the mark exactly for what I was looking for. I emailed them my resume and a description of my experiences and what I'm looking for, and Tim Sprangers replied right away--even though it was a holiday weekend. As soon as he got back to the office, we had a great conversation, and I could tell he genuinely cared about finding me work.
After months of struggling to land interviews, Tim was able to schedule me an interview at a great company that very week, with conversations happening with two additional companies on my behalf

My job hunt on my own and with other recruiters was three months long and I had been to six final interviews, none of which panned out. I met Tim and within a week of knowing him, he got me five interviews, one in person. Within two weeks I had two offers and ended up at the company I had wanted from the start. He was even giving me insight and tips on interviews with companies where he wasn't the recruiter. Tim has been the most knowledgeable, professional, and skilled recruiter I have ever worked with. I am usually very skeptical when working with recruiters because I don't think they tell the whole story and try to make a job opp sound better than it actually is. Tim is the complete opposite of that and it is refreshing.
He helped me with my resume to get rid of noise that wasn't relevant and get to the facts that mattered to employers.
I was able to get a job here in Seattle even living in Chicago at the time with Tim's help and would use him again if need be and can't recommend him enough
