I absolutely love Kelly and her remarkable talent . I have been getting my lashes done by her for a very long time and her work is consistently amazing. I hesitated in getting my lashes done, but after my first time, I knew I would want to get them done always. And the additional bonus is that Kelly is kind, professional, skilled, incredibly friendly and a joy to be with. I highly recommend her! I always leave feeling beautiful.

Any negative reviews are cap. The location is great, the shop is small in the best way, it's quiet and the table is comfortable. I've been getting my lashes down for ~5 years now and my biggest pet peeve is getting neck pain while laying down. I don't know how their set up is done but this was the most comfortable lash appointment I've ever had. My appointment was for a hybrid set with Jacey who did a great job, was super cool, and made sure she knew what I wanted before going in.

I'd like to speak to the lack of professionalism of Kelly. Not even a greeting when I walked in. Instead she yelled out from behind her screen: "You're late!" In fact, I was 5 minutes early but she said I should have arrived 15minutes in advance. She had such a bad attitude the entire experience. She exuded rudeness. I will NEVER be back.

Kelly Lash has been a wonderful experience! I never post reviews but I want to say that I am so happy with my brows and lashes and always feel as though I was treated with satin gloves. Never have I experienced a waxing or tinting that was as easy as it is with Kelly. I love the ease and comfort and of course how I look afterwards!

I have been going to Kelly for a while now and I have NEVER had a bad experience. She is professional, always on time and goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm happy with her work. IF you want natural eyelashes she does an incredible job. IF you want fuller lashes (I've had that a few times) she does that too. There are a lot of places out there but nobody (in my opinion) who is as good as Kelly.

Ignore the reviews that say anything negative. My guess is they are probably the same Karens that get upset at Starbucks for their coffee being too hot. Kelly is the best! I have gone to her for skin treatments and lashes. She is amazing at both. She listens to what you want and won't be happy until you are. I also appreciate that she values her clients time - so she is never late. That means you need to be on time because she respects the clients that come after you. I LOVE HER FOR THAT. Kelly Lash is the cleanest, friendliest and most professional boutique shop for eyelash extensions in LA. I have tried several different places before, Kelly is the best in the biz. She listens, delivers and does not cut corners when it comes to quality. I love my lashes full with lots of volume and it always looks perfect and lasts for a very long time.

I have been going to Kelly Lash for a couple years now and let me tell you.... SHE IS THE BEST!!! I have her do my lash tint and lift and I even got my lips tinted with "lip blush" recently! What a game changer. My lips get so pale and white for some reason, and I wanted NATURAL pink color restored, and they did such a fantastic job for such a reasonable price. She's also super cool to talk to and I always look forward to my appts! Don't hesitate.... this is the best spot!!!!

Kelly has set the standard in lashes - the are so full, natural looking and exceptional. I first saw Kelly 10 years ago - since then lashes have been my "go-to" beauty requirement - it is so nice to be able to leave the house with nothing but your lashes and still feel beautiful! Somehow Kelly is also able to give all of her clients the attention they need, but is always on time and on schedule. She is simply the best!

I have been getting lash extensions for over 8 years now but had stopped due to Covid. My technician's salon was still closed and my son was getting married so I asked a friend for a recommendation. Her fee was more than double the price of new extensions at my salon, but I was happy to pay extra due to Covid and the difficulties for small business owners right now along with the assurance that Kelly was very Covid safe. I arrived and she was agreeable but cool

I went in to get my eyebrows done before my wedding. As a dude, I always feel nervous going into a predominantly female space, However, Kelly Lash has a great welcoming feel to it. The decor has a unique touch of beauty that doesn't scream feminine. There are individual rooms for each client which greatly helped me feel less embarrassed. Kelly's actual job on my brows was fantastic. Some light waxing and plucking. I have squinty eyes, especially when I smile, and her work really seemed to clean the brows and open up my eyes. I will definitely be returning there before other important events!

First, she pays so much attention to detail with how she performs her services to ensuring you are comfortable and happy with the end result. Just had lip blush with Yulia at Kelly Lash and I absolutely love it. I have very thin lips and lip blush definitely helped bring them out. Look better than getting fillers.
It was very easy to make an appointment. Yulia and Kelly took great care of me and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire process.

So happy to have found a place near my home. Kelly has been a pleasure and knowing my busy schedule she always makes the time to accommodate me. I have been getting my lashes done for the last 3 years, I love my lashes and her prices are extremely reasonable. I love how efficient and considerate she is when it comes to being respectful of time.
In addition to my lashes, I just had my lips done yesterday by Yulia. I was extremely nervous but really wanted to get it done after seeing how amazing my girlfriends who had it done by Yulia looked. Yulia was extremely comforting and kept checking

I have been going to Kelly for about 7 months now. I loved my lashes every time. I kept changing thickness, volume, length so I can see what I like the most and every time I requested something new she delivered it. Every time lashes looked amazing. The best part of it that they lasted 3 weeks before I needed a fill.
Her place is beautiful, clean and very relaxing. I would sleep through my appointments. Kelly is very nice and accommodating. Making appointments with her is very easy as well and she does everything possible to accommodate my crazy schedule and fit me in.

First of all: how does someone have an overall "five star rating" when there are several one star ratings below? Seems like the averages are a little off here.
I'll keep this brief as possible. I have been getting lashes for years(not at this place), and could not get down to see my regular girl in the OC due to a pile up on the freeway. Got Kelly's name from a very reputable source.
The lashes she did were just not right. I am used to full, volume lashes. These were too long, thin, wirey, twisted and tangly. I contacted her within days and she agreed to try to fix them

Kelly Lash is amazing!!! I have always searched around the LA area for a great lash place, and am so happy to have finally found it. Not only is her salon in an amazing location, but the inside is so cute and always very clean. Kelly is super friendly and always fun to chat with during your session. Her site makes it easy to book / pay for your services, and she is an expert in all things lashes!
