I got my lashes done recently by a technician - Yana. She did such a great job, definitely 5 stars. I used to get my lashed done at multiple other places, and i didn't like it. I'm glad I finally found Yana, because I was truly surprised how great my lashes came out: very clean job, no irritation afterwards, and she was good on timing as well. Highly recommend her, if you ladies just walk in to this salon, and not sure what technician to hire, ask for Yana

I have rosescea and I had adult acne since my 20's, Mitzi has been treating my skin since September and after three months of her regiment I no longer have flare ups. I wear less makeup and the make up I do wear is more even. I was needing to update my makeup bag, and since she use to be a makeup artist, she met me at Bluemercury to help me choose the best colors and cosmetics to update my look it. Who does that?!

An update on my experience with Lashlette: when Mitzi saw my review, she reached out to me and apologized for my disappointing experience. She explained that she never got my email and offered to refund me and re-do my lashes for free. I explained that I got my lashes lifted elsewhere and just want to move on from the experience, and she was understanding of that. I did receive my refund. It seems like they do care about the customer experience - Mitzi sounded very apologetic on the phone.

Highest recommendation. I've had classic lash set and brow wax/tint here. They've mastered a natural look while still giving you the little boost you're looking for! Friendliest people, great service. You're always greeted with your choice of drink/tea and a calming atmosphere. The owner is so kind and genuinely cares for each and every client.

I brought my wife to this place. This place is tucked away in Brentwood. Felt like we were going on a invite or VIP event. Once inside the facilities were immaculate and had lovely decor. The girl at the front desk immediately greeted us.
My wife got her lashes done by Yana she was super friendly. My wife really enjoyed Yana's work ethic so I would definitely recommend her.

Received a brow lamination and tint as well as a keratin lash lift and tint from Yana today and she did an AMAZING job. This is usually a task that I absolutely hate doing out of all of my self care, but this was the first time that I actually enjoyed it. Aside from her work being phenomenal and Yana being super sweet, the environment was genuinely very clean and felt really nice to walk into and was very relaxing to receive a treatment in. I will certainly be back for a follow up.

First of all, let me just say that well-done lash extensions look amazing. I went to a professional specialist Yana, who also consulted me on what type of lashes should I get. I absolutely love coming here! First, Mitzi the owner is truly lovely and feel like she really cares. The ambiance is so relaxing and beautiful with zen music in the back.....you just feel fancy;)
Bel has been doing my lashes for a year and don't know anyone better. I used to go to a place that took 1.5 hours but she gets it done in about 45 mins and they look amazing! She also knows when to chat and when to not and can be very entertaining if you're up for it.

Definitely not recommended. I went about a month ago for brow wax and brow and lash tint. i requested dark tinting and to include bottom lashes. neither happened. it barely looked like i had any tint on my lashes. when i asked she said she did the lower. ive had my lashes done consistently over the years and she did not apply tint to them.
the brows were fine. nothing special. def not dark enough and she used the tweezers too much. its very pricy and not worth it.
i expressed this to the gentleman at the front desk and he tried to be helpful but at the end the day the work bel ris did was

Can I live here? Lashlette has such a chic, minimilist and calming vibe (Ojai meets Santorini meets Positano??)
I had a hydrafacial last week, and my skin is so grateful that I did! Laura worked on me, and I immediately felt like my skin was in good hands (literally!). She talked me through the whole process; educating me on what was going onto my skin and why. She has such an amazing and calming energy, and truly made me feel so relaxed and comfortable!
Also, Gua Sha is the add on that I didn't know I needed in my life, but will now be incorporating it into my weekly skincare routine

I went twice for eyelashes extension. I gave her a second chance to see. First time, my right eye had less eyelashes than the left. Ok so I gave another chance. After 2 days, I had glue coming out of my right eye, and sticky. After 5 days, my lashes started to come off, and pieces of glue was between my lashes. Sorry, but never again

I love going to Lashlette! After 3 weeks my lashes are still beautiful. Also the hydro facials are amazing. My skin felt light and rejuvenated. I highly recommend them. No need to worry about scaring because this method of extraction does not harm the skin. I appreciate Mitzy and her staff. They are sweet, professional, and most importantly COVID compliant. Definitely my new favorite place!

I’ve been getting my lashes done for about 10 years years, I went to Lashlette, because the lady who was doing my lashes in Beverly Hills moved away. I’m actually very surprised in the quality and softness of my lashes and how long they have lasted, it’s better than what I had. I can’t even feel them on, because they are so light weight. They also don’t use any formaldehyde or bad chemicals and I had no irritation. I love them and they are perfectly separated. I would highly recommend going to Lashlette, especially if you like people who take pride in their work and who are perfectionists

It was my first time getting a Hydrafacial and every time I visit my friend in LA I’m doing it at Lashlette. Mitzi and Danielle really took the time to find out what was important to me. I usually don’t allow people to touch my face but they made me feel very comfortable and my pores are much smaller and tighter. Thank you for caring.
