If you like to be ridiculed, laughed at, never have your billing correct, and hung up on, then this is the Agent for you. Unfortunately after over 50 years of service with State Farm we decided to cancel due to the fact that the staff can't seem to correctly bill and especially due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. We had previously set up for automatic payments not once but twice and it seems they still didn't set it up. Today would have been the third time setting up an automatic payment.
