I had been a customer of AAA for 10 years, and I had not gotten the same experience from AAA.
First of all, as you enter the office, they ask you for anything such as water and things like that, and the Agency seemed to have a more "home" feel rather than an office.
I also landed both a cheaper home and auto insurance, about a $500 savings total.
It felt as if you were already a customer of StateFarm, and Rachel went over both our Home and Insurance Policy and explained us everything.
My first time experience with StateFarm and the Jenn Weible Insurance Agency was absolutely fantastic.

We are in the process of buying our home in Sparks. I reached out to Rachel in the beginning to get a quote for a home policy and she was very personable and took the time to listen to my needs. She even gave us a great quote for our autos and went over bundling the policy etc.. As our loan process was ongoing Rachel would reach out to us to check in every week via email. By the 3rd week things weren’t going good for us with the loan. We pretty much wrote the house deal off..Just by chance she called me instead of emailing me just to check in. I explained what was going on and she was so gracious

Jenn and her staff are beyond amazing! Even through these hard times, they continue to keep in touch and focus on open communication with and for their customers. Before we were State Farm customers, we had heard great things about Jenn and decided to take a chance and move our business to Jenn and State Farm…it was worth it. We have been with State Farm (and Jenn and her team) for 5+ years and have never had a negative experience. Have a question, they answer - have a concern, they listen – confused, they explain – have a teenager… yup they get it.

I was so happy to switch over to Jenn's office! We've been loyal State Farm customers for over 15 years and when we transferred to this office they were on top of it. They communicated what they would need to do and were very efficient. Our agent, Kyle, is friendly and professional in keeping us informed with our policies as well. This office is very clean and welcoming. When I came in to the office I did not wait long and the receptionist was very friendly. Overall, I think this is the best office around and Jenn's team is hard working for their clients.

Jenn and Rachel were over-the-top helpful with my insurance needs while I needed insurance for a short time in Sparks. Rachel was always very responsive and helped me get set up with coverage and answered all of my questions right away. This was the first time I've delt with State Farm for my auto and home insurance and because of the support I got from Jenn's office, I made sure to stick with State Farm when I switched my insurance in San Francisco. Highly recommend these wonderful agents in Sparks.

We just moved here from another state and were a bit lost in the DMV requirements and insurances and so on. Jen gave me such wonderful help, she also helped us on things that were not her job to help us with since I could not get a live person to talk to at the DMV. She and her staff have been so kind and helpful it had made this part of our relocating experience so much easier.

Very shady practice for auto and renters insurance. Lure you in with discounts, then two months later raise your premiums and tell you " you don't qualify for the discounts anymore" trust me I'm letting everyone know and I've already reported this agency to better business bureau as well as the corporate offices.
