BOSTON 25 INVESTIGATES, did an investigation on Pool Solutions. If you are contemplating entering into a contract with this company you should do your homework and be an informed consumer.

Our pool blew a line and caused a giant mess washing away the wall of our 20x40 inground pool. We needed someone who knew what they were doing to repair the damages and replace the liner. We couldn't be happier!! Our pool is brand new again. Jeff is a miracle worker to say the least. Everything done in a day. So thankful we found him!!!

Do NOT use Jeff Trifone. Did a horrible job installing our liner. We only had the liner installed for two weeks and he Would not come back to fix although we had a 3 year warranty on installation. He has had several different names for his company. Google his name before you hire him. We made the mistake of looking up the pool company name and not his name when we hired him. I can’t stress enough people DO NOT HIRE JEFF AND GOOGLE HIS NAME FIRSt IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING HIM. He owes us money and still has not paid and has had a year and a half to do so and he screws people over.

I am very pleased with our pool liner replacement experience with Jeff of Pool Solutions on or 40x20 pool that had sprung a leak last year. I found Jeff and Pool Solutions online and requested quotes way back in January. I requested other Quotes for replacement liners and nobody came anywhere close to Jeff’s price.
After contracting with Pool Solutions, Jeff came by and personally measured my pool for the new liner and placed the order. It turned out to be a very busy year for pools, liners and pool water due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The liner installation was completed today and I couldn’t

I woke up one morning after swimming in my above ground 28ft pool and all the water was gone! Gone! I had been preparing the pool for family and all my work went down the drain... so sad. But Jeff came to rescue. He and Jamie did a great job! Thank you guys, you really saved me.

I cannot say enough about the magic Jeff at pool solutions can accomplish!! When I opened my pool for the season my heart sank and my stomach started doing flips as I saw the damage that was done over the winter to my in ground pool. The liner was hanging from all edges and torn in multiple places. As a ( sole)single parent with a daughter in college and one heading there in a few short years I was unsure of what I was going to be able to do with my pool. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Jeff is amazing! I had the worst pool guy ever! I was even contemplating keeping my pool. I looked around and found Pool Solutions. I called at 10PM to leave a message in hopes that someone would call me the next day but Jeff answered the phone. Impressed, so I asked him how long to install a new liner, he was out the next day. He is absolutely fantastic! Thank you Jeff for making my life easier and making me love my pool again. Needless to say, Jeff will definitely be my new longtime pool guy.
