Doctor Sheikh takes more time than the rest of other doctors to give a good treatment to each patient’s , because he really care about all his patient He is a good doctor. He has many degrees as a doctor. He is a doctor who have different specialties for example psychiatry ,family care and also he is a geriatric doctor (special doctor for elderly patients) .He has an excellent character and is very respectful with each patient. Dr.Sheikh is one of the worst doctor I ever had. Every time you go there a different person talking to you about your health issues. At least three time a year you are getting ultra sound procedure Never did I ever get any results nor does he forward any of your results to any of your other doctor's. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION FROM DR.SHEIKH AND HIS MAKEUP STAFF.

The staff has treated me very good, unfortunately, the wait time has been well over close to 2 hour wait EVERYTIME. But the reason why I gave it a one is because even needing the Dr to help me with pain management for 2 days until I saw a pain management Dr, he would not because he didn't BELIEVE in narcotics because he practices family medicine... What???? Listen,I'm not some drug addict seeking meds, I have a severe back pain and need help. I have a 10 month old and a 2 yr old... It's not fare to have care less to ease my pain because of his "beliefs".

Previously I had left a great review of this medical center.The past three years the practice has gone downhill. They allow incompetent medical staff that has turnovers frequently to run the office and the doctor hides behind them. For instance the referral coordinator runs the whole office and has attitude and talks down to patients making them cry. They try to slough off their duties as a patient responsibility. Steer clear of this place it's nothing but a very large headache.

The absolute worse service! The staff is unfriendly and lazy. Also major HIPAA violation answering their patients phone calls on the speaker, while the entire waiting room listen in. The doctor/pa themselves are subpar and not worth the extensive wait time and office visit charge. Its ashame his staff brings such bad rep to the office itself. I will never step foot back in that office!! Do better!

Loved Dr. Sheikh who is a Geriatric Specialist with extra specialty training in Psychiatry. What else one can ask for in his Family doctor. Like the brand new office and the caring staff.
He spends at least 30-40 minutes with each patient and that is after detailed history taken by Staff/Medical students. It's like paying for an Oil Change and getting a 100,000 miles service for FREE. Never seen anyone with such great bedside manners like when he is with you in the room, nothing else matters!
Now if they can provide Manicure & Pedicure at each visit! :))

The Dr. Sheikh and his wife are superb, very friendly and courteous. They have sympathetic nurse practitioners who went above and beyond to make a patient feel comfortable. I received extra lip service from one of the front desk staff (Essence), but Mrs. Asiya Sheikh called me in to address the issue. I feel good and satisfied with the attention giving to customer satisfaction from both Mr and Mrs. Sheikh.

Customer Service Sucks at this doctor office. I called to make an appointment and the girl who answered asked what plan I had. I told her and she stated that they don't take my insurance. I advised her that this doctor was assign to me when I started my policy she asked some in the back "isn't Florida Blue the same as Better Health. The girl said no and she further as if my insurance was through Obama Care, I told her no and she said oh we don't take your insurance. I asked if she didn't know what they take, she said you can go to another doctor byeeee....talk about trashy behavior as customer

Dr. Sheik himself is decent, my complaint is the unbelievable wait time, and the horrible customer service, twice they told me they're going to call in the prescription and told me it should be there in an hour. Well after a trip to the pharmacist, they always look at me puzzled, because the office never send the information over, I have to drive down there to pick it up.
