Since you sell these in 2 and 3 units for residential, is there any advantage in putting 2 units next to each other on the main incoming water line and 1 on the water heater? Basically that depends on your water source and water quality. For municipal water, no, you don't normally need a whole house filter.
The other day while listing the benefits of Trentatrons (and other MWT devices) I realized that it makes the water better in nearly all of the areas where we use water. Magnetic Water/Fluid Conditioners have been around for much longer than most people are aware. They have now been used worldwide for over a century in both residential and industrial applications. There are at least 80 patents filed with the US Patent Office just for "Permanent Magnet Fluid Conditioners".
The following tests and measurements was taken on a GMX 800 installed on a 1 inch copper pipe. Measurements were made looking for the peak flux density, the flux density in the center of the pipe, and the minimum flux density. Also a six inch steel scale was used to show the alignment of the flux field.
