It was raining cats and dogs the day I worked with Jaclyn of Ultimate Events at the La Quinta Resort Hotel and Spa. Though hired to just do decor, Jaclyn reached out to venue personnel to have the space that we were using tidied up for an elopement type ceremony. She went above and beyond the scope of her work. Gosh, were do I start. First, I must say that getting things ordered for my daughters wedding was easy and Briana was very nice. I had to change the wedding date this was my bad and ended up having it on April 27 during Stagecoach and it was getting pretty warm and this was an outside wedding. I also will take the hit for thinking I told them the date was changed but apparently I told the caterer and not the rental company (to much going on) That is were I switch it to a few problems with their end. I wanted lighting in the front yard and they sent their people with 2 strands of lights that

Event held: 3-day Corporate Annual Meeting in 2017

** They cancelled the ice-carving last minute without trying to help find a replacement and didn't even recommend an alternate vendor. Being that we are not familiar with the area- this was very stressful.
** Quality of games was poor, the holes on skee-ball machines were made of flimsy plastic and so each time a ball was rolled up the plastic would shift inward and cause the balls to be stuck and blocked the holes. The pool table was not a full-size pool table, nor was it at all level. The pockets had holes torn in them so every time
