Very disappointing. I came in expecting the best customer service and lip filler service. I got the opposite. Idk how other people view this place as “good”. The girls weren’t professional at all. Angelica did not know what she was doing with my lips. The little dark haired lady was rude. No body gave me post up instructions when I finished. They don’t know what they are doing Won’t be coming back. They say they’re known for how well you do. You couldn’t even get my lip fillers right.

I have had the BEST experience and service FROM THE ONE AND ONLY GHADA!!!! i have been to 2 other laser places and this is the best by far! I have noticed a difference from my first session! I just had my first botox experience at Nirvana. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Gina was so helpful and made the whole process easy. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I am very happy with my results and can't wait to go back for more. It is such a relief to go somewhere that you can trust. Love these girls did so manny services and every time they exceed my expectations very reasonable price for the quality of work! They make you feel so comfortable! Place is very clean ! And I’m at 6 treatment and I have seen more than 75% less hair growth. Everything grows in patches now. If I can give you 100 stars I would !

I have been to plenty of different laser spas and this is the only one I have truly seen a difference in my body. The environment is amazing. I dealt with Gina and Megan and they were both so great! Both so friendly and welcoming. The laser machine they use is new and super good. They definitely take their time with you and make sure you’re getting what you came in for. I’ve seen results after the first treatment. Really clean place.
