My name is Briggitte Mulholland, Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, founder of Light of Reiki Wellness Center in Huntington Beach, CA. I live in sunny Southern California in the city of Huntington Beach with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog (Snow). In case you have never heard of Reiki, Reiki is a Japanese method of using universal healing energy to help the body heal itself.
I, a trained Reiki Practitioner, am a conduit or channel for Universal Energy (aka Reiki), allowing healing energy to flow through me into a client's body. Reiki works on the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual levels. I will place my hands above or on your body and "healing energy" is transferred through me and into you, the client.
Free Reiki: Come to one of our donation-based Community Reiki Sessions. Learn Reiki: Attend our series of Reiki training workshops to learn how you can be attuned to Reiki and learn to give Reiki to yourself and others. Events: Attend one-time only special events which will help you get in touch with your inner self!.
Free 20 minute reiki sessions are available at all Community Reiki events with a love donation. Community Reiki Clinics hours are 9 am - 1 pm on the 3rd Saturdays of each month. Appointments are required. Call or text for appointments: 714-468-5538. As a community service, we offer low cost, donation based reiki clinics for members of our community who can not afford private reiki sessions.
Sending Reiki remotely across distance and time can be just as effectively, if not more effective than in-person Reiki sessions. Reiki can be sent to someone across town or across the world. Healing Reiki energy can be sent across time to past or future events for positive outcomes. Distant healing Reiki sessions can be arranged at convenient times for the client using Skype, Facetime, Google+ Hangout, or Zoom.

Briggitte is excellent. She asks what you are looking to work on and quickly identifies how she help you achieve your goals for the session. She was very informative and gave me a whole break down of all of my chakras. She detailed this verbally to me and forwarded me a detailed explanation for me to reference after our session. I originally saw Briggitte in person, but tried the online distant reiki due to the covid 19 issues. I've never had a reiki experience quite like my reiki with Briggette. She takes time to talk with me before and after my sessions about why I am getting reiki and then about what I experienced during the reiki. She is intuitive and insightful. Today she also performed sound therapy using drums and chanting to help break up some blockages. I felt so much better when I left my session.

I started going to Briggitte about a year ago. Being my first time, she was very sweet and insightful. She explained what I would feel and how to achieve the greatest outcome (setting intentions for each session). I didn't have any experience with Reiki before I scheduled my first appointment with Briggitte. I was looking for help because of anxiety, depression because of a break up after a long relationship, and some health concerns. Briggitte is a wonderful person! She listened carefully and responded in the most thoughtful and meaningful ways to my problems. Her Reiki sessions really helped me, I felt much better not only mentally but also physically. Briggitte is the most amazing healer I have ever come across. She has helped me immensely with my chronic upper back pain when western medicine has failed, as well as given me mountains of advice on the psychosomatic reasons for it. I have never heard about Reiki before I met Briggitte and Light of Reiki. On 3 AUG 16, desperate, anxious, and suffering from major depression, I called Briggitte to schedule a session. She had just finished her day of helping people through her work as a Reiki Master, but she could hear the desperation in my voice and so we scheduled an immediate session. When we met, she explained how Reiki works and what I should expect. I love Bridgette ! Her reiki training was great! I've done level 1 and 2 with her and my level 3 is coming up. My favorite part was how honest she was and her price is reasonable. I've found other reiki masters that wanted to charge up to 3000 dollars!!!! To get certified. So long story short go with Bridgette she is great!

I spent the last 2 days taking Briggitte's Reiki III (Reiki Master Teacher) training. It was an awesome experience! Briggitte is down-to-earth, knowledgeable and passionate about her work as a Reiki teacher. She shared a lot of great techniques and insights as well as a wealth of resources regarding the profession and business of being a Reiki Master. We also had a lot of fun! Briggitte is the sweetest soul I have ever had the pleasure to meet, I have already felt a sense of relief and calmness thanks to her. Reiki is a very fascinating and enlightening experience, you begin to understand more about yourself and the world around you, and I recommend that everyone should at least try this once. Briggitte is a very gifted Reiki Practitioner. I have a chronic knee condition and she was able to successfully help with the pain. I went in limping and came out walking without pain. In addition to relieving the pain, the healing session made me feel completely relaxed... something that is very hard for me to do!

I have been hearing a lot about reiki and studying chakra therapy. Since I met Bridgette my whole life turned around, immediately. You have to keep it up though and follow through. It might take a few sessions for you to feel anything. But that's the amazing part, our energies create natural healing. I should know I have a bad back, fibromyalgia, cervical stenosis, OA &RA I love briggett she does wonders & really helped me when I was at my worst. I went to see Bridgette out of curiosity mostly. I've always been interested and fascinated by what Reiki is meant to accomplish, and wanted to see if it would work for me (not for any particular health problem, but rather to clear my chakras and give my aura a little "bath"). Bridgette works out of her home, which i thought was really special. I felt immediately at ease with her, and she took her time with me. My session was amazing. I went to see Bridgette about 2 months ago to help me get rid of negative energy. I just felt like I was on a path of turning things into coal every time I touched something. This also included relationships. Even my communication was 'off'. So I decided to try Reiki for the 1st time.

My wife has carpal tunnel symptoms. She had never received a Reiki treatment before before she saw Briggitte, but she has had massages. She said, "In Briggitte's capable hands, I was as relaxed as I get with a good massage, but with an added warm and slightly electric sensation going through my chest and down both my arms. It was wonderful! I appreciated the extra time she spent in working on my problem areas. I will definitely be going back!"
