During the session for the husband, I saw a blue skin being in an ancient Egyptian garments, wearing a long pointy helmet, holding a staff with a crystal on top.

Usui named his healing method Usui Reiki Ryoho (therapy), and he worked several years to develop and perfect this system of healing. Reiki energy flows through Reiki practioner's hands to recipient. Energy channels become attuned and aligned, improving health and enhancing quality of life. Reiki treatment allows one to tap into the unlimited universal life-force energy to heal energy channels.
Metalsmithing requires a lot of patience. Sawing, piercing, filing, sanding, soldering, stone setting, polishing, patination, waxing. I often find the processes therapeutic. I enjoy the creative process of planning and executing. To see your imagination getting into shape, and becoming the final jewelry piece is magical.

I've attended 2-3 Reiki Sessions with Atsuko and I just completed my Reiki Level 1 Certification. Meeting Atsuko and giving Reiki a chance was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Reiki has helped so much with my stress and mindset. I am finally calm and truly present with everything that I do. I look forward to my Reiki practice and learning more with Atsuko.

I loved both my in-person and remote reiki sessions with Atsuko. She is a focused and heartfelt practitioner with a genuine desire to assist healing. My in-person session brought many releases and activations as she went through the chakras. By the time it finished, I felt incredibly lucid and like my whole body was shimmering with peaceful, loving energy.
My remote session felt like a deep meditation and clearing session. I had many forgotten memories resurface linked to the specific heart issue that I asked her to help with. Since then, I am experiencing the breath and heart as more spacious
