Always gets the car clean! Not like the touch-less ones. I love how they have the strong driers as well as a person to towel dry it.

My truck was in the car wash when the car behind me smashed into the back of me. Both cars are in neutral so I thought it should be the company would be responsible for the damage. Nope they laughed. Offered no help in anyway.

This particular car wash does not have functioning vacuums. So I patiently waited for another car to finish vacuuming. When I got done vacuuming and went to go through the car wash, it was 6:59 and the young man ran passed me car to put the garage door down and another young man pointed at the hours. So I was unable to get a wash here. The location on Ghent would never! I’ve seen them attract a whole new line of cars from letting one car go close to closing time and smile about it! I’ll be sure to go to that one from now on! A simple fixing of your vacuum system would have kept me from holding

Quick and friendly but they don't do a very good job on the drying end its usually only half done and they never wipe your rims down u have a clean car with dirty rims that usually looks good and I get comments all the time on how good my truck looks but people always notice the dirty rims I usually have to pull over in the vacuum are or down the street just to wipe them off before the dirt dries up when the water evaporates off the rim other than that they do a good job and we love the free vacs

- They don’t do a good job of drying the car at all. If you don’t dry it yourself you will have soap residue and dirt still on your car.
- Half of the vacuums are broken and I’ve been going there for months and they still haven’t replaced them so on busy days expect to wait for a vacuum

This is the worst car wash. The car wash itself gives scratches. The management is rude and refuses to help you when you have a problem with the app. One person tells you it’s okay, they can use your phone number, another person tells you they can’t and that you will need to purchase another membership. The quality of customer service depends on who you get when you come through. The manager with the blonde hair’s rudeness has lost them another membership. Hopefully you won’t get the manager because the kids are more helpful and kind.

I respectfully DO NOT recommend this place at all. I moved in the area last year in February and have had pretty good experiences for the most part but some of the staff is very unprofessional and rude and besides they really don’t do a good job actually drying the vehicle. Also I want to give an heads up regarding the actual car wash rules a policy which I just found out about recently.
You are only required one car wash a day with the car wash monthly membership premiums.
You can only wash the vehicle you listed on app all other vehicles will be turned around regardless if you have the monthly

The place is almost always packed. They have cheap car washes and cheap unlimited packages. True unlimited packages, not one's limited to a few washes a month.

Yeah, sometimes you get a sloppy drying job, but if you have the unlimited pack just return.

What is better than a clean car? Nothing. Ok, I lied...coffee is better. BUT, drinking coffee while getting your car clean? That's like the bomb diggity right there. A combo meant to go down in the history books.

Sweet baby Jesus, what is it with the negative karma on this business? People people people. This is a car wash. And, if you ask me....I will tell you they rock! Unlimited car washes for $35 a month? That right there is a gift to mankind alone! What are you expecting? A foot massage and a bagel while you drive through? Come on!

The staff here is friendly, efficient and the machines

I visited for the first time a couple days ago during a 50 degree February day. Lots of people in line but there were also lots of workers so it moved pretty quickly. Everything with the wash seemed ok, but the chemical smell (the sheenology maybe?) just about made me faint. Turn your vent to inside air before you go through!

There are no decent car washes to speak of in my area so I pulled up Yelp to do a search for car washes. Quality Scrub on State Rd pops up so I go to their website to check them out. I click on the "Current promotions" link and lucky me - a Tuesday special and today is Tuesday!

So I drive all the way up there, get in line and when i get to the front of the line and the gentleman working there asks me which wash i would like, I told him I would like the Tuesday bogo special

Quick, exterior 5$ wash that does a good job. Gentlemen at the end of the wash will dry your car off, easy access back onto the road. Can be a long wait on the weekends, but very friendly and well run establishment.

This wash isn't bad for the price. Although it's not a touch free wash, I haven't had any problems with it. Free vacuums is a plus as well.
