Our HOA changed over management to Synergy in July of 2021, and our Board and neighborhood have been thrilled. Our Property Managers, Dawn and Israel, are an amazing team that truly cares about our neighborhood and making sure that homeowners are communicated with in a kind but appropriate manner. Their responsiveness and concern have been exceptional - night and day compared to our old management company. Best decision our Board has made in 2021! Highly recommend.

Landlord has allowed washer dryer to be broken for 2 months with no urgency to get repaired, as well as poor and slow communication. Both tenants pay fully and on time, are extremely respectful of the property, with lots of necessary and needed repairs on the property, this is only the second request that has been submitted. All other repairs the tenants have dealt with personally. Hoping this stirs some sort of attention and care to your tenants.

I have been renting a Synergy Real Estate Group house for two years and I have had a flawless experience. Melanie Landers has been our property manager and she has been professional, responsive, and overall a pleasure to work with. We have had a few maintenance issues that were addressed right away and she always made sure to communicate the name and contact info of the vendor coming into my home. I've been spoiled now and will miss working with Melanie and Synergy when I move!

I have only been living in my current place for a little over a month and I have had an amazing experience with Synergy Real Estate Group Inc. I enjoy my living space, moved into a really clean and updated apartment and cannot say enough good things about my landlord Melanie Landers. It's taken me quite awhile to write this review. We lived in a duplex that was sold to a new owner after we moved in and Synergy took over the management over the property. Since I could easily write page upon page of my experience, I'll keep it simple. It seems like they specialize in managing homes for landlords who live out of state and have no idea about how a property should be run. The people who we spoke with were polite, but our maintenance requests were frequently ignored even though these were significant issues that we brought to light.

We really enjoyed working with Allyson at Synergy to rent our house. She made the process very easy so we really didn’t have to worry about our property. The company’s online portal is easy to navigate and the monthly statements make following payment activity very simple. Communication could have improved at times, but we were probably more involved than most property owners would be. We were especially pleased with how smooth the beginning and ending transitions were for our lease and how Allyson had our house looking great when our tenants moved out. We are very pleased with the service
