I had called and emailed other lawn installation companies and they lacked in returning calls for quotes. I made one call to Sprinkler Repair and had an appointment set within a day. Johnny was friendly and professional came by to give quote. Following week he and his team came out removed the old sod and installed fresh high quality St Augustine. First time to mow today and lawn looked beautiful and lush. Love my new lawn! Thank you Johnny and team !

First Day - Walked property and confirmed layout
East Side - He flagged areas that would not work. Argued till he corrected. Two hours later realized he trenched neighbors yard. Argued till JJ came out - they corrected.

Representatives from Sprinkler Repair Inc. were very polite on the phone when I called for an appointment . Juan and his crew arrived at the agreed upon date and time. They evaluated my irrigation system which was damaged by a lightning strike. It was determined the valves, wiring, and timer were damaged and needed replacement. Juan rendered an estimate and stated all repairs could be done the same day. Juan was very thorough in explaining the issues and process of replacing the affected parts. All work was done in a professional and timely manner. I am very pleased with the service!

I was a bit apprehensive to use them based on reviews, but I guess I got lucky. Their call center was professional and responsive. Their tech arrived on time as scheduled and delivered top notch service and the price was phenomenal! They fixed four sprinkler heads and added one new line in less then two hours. And the best part was that I paid half of what I thought the bill would be! I would highly recommend them and they have a customer for life!

Very unprofessional and does not keep appointments. Refused to let me speak to a manager. After paying over 2k to repair sprinklers, one sprinkler head was not working when called I kept getting appts that never materialized. Their office staff is rude and hangs up the phone on customers. It’s been 2 wks of broken promises. I’m in the process of filing legal action to get my money back. Plz do not use this company. They r quick to get the $ but not on repairs

This company came out and gave me an estimate and I had them return to access the system. They were on site on my property for one hour and 10 minutes. Their rate for evaluating the problem is $85 an hour. Upon assessing I told him I would seek other estimates. I was then presented a bill they charged me for $170 for two full hours of estimating plus $50 for something? Total bill $220 for one hour on site don’t use them they’ll rip you off if they get away with it. I made them return me the one hours difference.

Called them for estimate, they came out on time and gave estimate. After we agreed on price, which I thought was high but didn't have time to shop, they wanted $1000.00 deposit to hold the day. I said no way to $1000.00 and agreed on $100.00 to hold the spot. A few hours later received a call that they could not keep the appointment I just paid $100.00 to reserve and they wanted to reschedule. WHAT WAS THE DEPOSIT FOR???? I called back and cancelled service with them as that is not the right way to do business. I had another local company do the same exact job for 40% less, so I guess them cancelling

Office staff was very nice at first but the technician quoted me for $954 to replace lead free rpz backflow preventer. They said the part alone was $800. I found the exact same product currently on my house for less than $200 in several different places. When I asked the technician about the difference he seemed to not really know and said something about how I need one the prevents lead from getting in the water. I called the office back to tell them about how they were way overpriced. They didn't have time to talk to me saying they had all other lines on hold.

I almost did not want to use this company because of the bad reviews, but I had to write a review after my experience. I called this company yesterday and got an appointment for early this morning around 830am. I received 2 calls since I was still sleeping, but they arrived at 8:15AM. We walked the perimeter and tested all 11 sprinkler zones to identify the problem areas. I had built a basketball court, fence, and patio, so I had issues all over the place.
