On a Sunday morning, my lawn sprinkler malfunctioned. and I could not turn if off; I called business after business that did not answer their phone and did not return my voice mail. A Action Sprinkler had someone at my house in less than the hour they promised to have someone there. They took care of fixing my problem. All involved were professional and kind. Had David out several times to make repairs to a lake driven pump system - spent over $6,000 (at one point he nearly doubled the bill and did the work without asking for approval!) - every few weeks we were back to no pressure. Called him again (3x) and was told we need yet another $1500 repair. Called for a second opinion - For a $100 call out fee it turned out the pump needed to be primed. I will never know if that was the problem for the previous 3 calls ... A action sprinkler has consistently cost double what anyone else quoted, but we gave him the jobs because he used to respond the fastest

I actually had a good experience with A Action Sprinklers. I put in an online request and they called me back the same day and scheduled a tech to come out the next morning. Scott, the tech, arrived on time, examined the problem, and gave me a quote. After I agreed to the price, he fixed my specific sprinkler head problem, made adjustments to the other heads, and made sure the system was working properly before he left.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! My dad got a flier in the mail, called them. "Dave" was there in a hot minute to fast talk him into handing him a check for $3000. With the expectation that he would send his "guy" over later to replace a faulty pump. NO RECEIPT, NO WORK ORDER BREAKING DOWN THE PARTS/LABOR ETC. NOTHING! PAID IN FULL AND HE IS OUT THE DOOR! Long story short, the tech shows up in an unmarked van, works to replace the pump (which online sells for about $500). In the meantime I get wind of what has transpired, I call the company, speak to Dave and let

This company is a bunch of crooks. I had a leaky irrigation pipe, which is what prompted my hiring of an irrigation company. They charged my credit card for $444 dollars to do an extensive job, and only moved a few sprinkler heads. They did not even repair the pipe that was leaking. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

This is a bogus operation. BEWARE. They quote some crazy price to fix our irrigation system. I went into discuss the price with my husband and they started the digging before I gave them the ok. Said they would do part of the work for a reduced cost but still outrageous cost. I should have told them to leave but they knew starting the work was a way to keep me in the process. Never, never call these people. Check with the Better Business Bureau or Angies List.

Scheduled a free estimate as advertised for 7/14 between 8am-10am. No one showed up. At 10am I called the office. At first, the lady could not locate my appointment. After a few minutes they found my appointment and apologized which hey things happen. I was told the repairman would be able to come between 10am-Noon. I said no problem. About 15 minutes later the repairman called me to see what needed to be done. When I asked what the price was for a call out they informed me that it was a free estimate to find out what the scope of work was and then I would be able to make a decision if I wanted to proceed. After 1 minute of troubleshooting I was informed that the water was turned off and needed to call the city to turn it on, I was then charged $89 for the service call. Poorly notified of the cost, and forced to pay for no work completed.

Came when they said they would, friendly. So, why 2 stars? Because two wires needed splicing and one head repaired, 386.00. Didn't check the system at all. There was another head broken that would have been identified if he had checked the lines, maybe I'm better off having my husband do it instead, at those prices I felt ripped off! Never calling them again.

These guys are not who you want to hire. I called them to come troubleshoot why my sprinklers would not come on. A guy came to my house and opened the box pointing out a couple of dead frogs and told me I needed an entire new control panel. He said it would cost in the range of $500-$600. I told him I was going to get a second opinion and he kind of left in a huff. It ended up being my rain sensor which cost $60. Please be warned of these scammers!

"A Action Sprinkler Repair" did a great job fixing my old sprinkler system. Very courteous, price was good, and they got it all done in a short period of time. I had another sprinkler company (very similar name) do some work. They were late getting here and they were expensive. I decided to use AAction Sprinkler Repair this time and I am very pleased. Do not trust these people. David came by to give my mother a quote on fixing her sprinkler and installing a new timer. she put a deposit of $200 via check during the free consultation. Everything was great until the technician arrived. first question was "what am i here to do?" I'm sorry??? i paid you! shouldn't you know? after going over all the things that needs to be done, he basically said that's not what he was told and left.
