Services
ADAPT has a long history of helping individuals recover their lives from the disease of addiction. In 2005, we opened our first location in Pearland, TX. ADAPT thrived in the Pearland location and within five years had outgrown the building. With a full census and lengthy waiting list, ADAPT began to expand and open additional treatment locations, primarily in areas traditionally underserved by other providers.
ADAPT Drug Rehab Center Services are designed with one purpose in mind - to support you. Our team exists in order to provide the resources, tools, and techniques that will support you on your path to recovery. As many will tell you, that road is often a rocky one. That is why you will need to partner with professionals who know what you are up against and who can see the road ahead - even when you lose sight of the step forward.
Adapt Programs - Brazos Place is a reliable drug and alcohol rehab center in Houston with staff that is fully committed to seeing you overcome your addiction to drugs and alcohol. We offer an inpatient detox program at our comfortable treatment center in Brazoria county, to help you take the first step toward sobriety and a happy life.
Adapt Programs - Brazos Place has a minimum 30 day Intensive Residential treatment program. The length of stay depends on the needs of the client. While we focus on treating the underlying causes of drug and alcohol addiction, we also pride ourselves on creating a safe and welcoming environment for all intensive residential patients.
The Outpatient Detox Program offers outpatient treatment to adult patients by assisting individuals who are medically stable, willing and able to engage in concurrent treatment services to safety relieve the symptom, of withdrawals from substances of dependencies. This allows the client to remain with his or her family and the continuances of work while receiving treatment.

After 30 years of drug addiction, 6 months in the adapt program and the adapt after care program changed my life forever. The counselors rallied together as a team to support me in my recovery and for that I will always be grateful. The continued support after my program was over has helped me stay clean. 14 months and counting!

This place is awesome. Adapt has helped me in a lot of ways more than one. The counselor's go over and Beyond to help you we are doing Zoom right now but when they noticed in your face something isn't right you get that phone call right after your Zoom meeting that one-on-one asking are you okay what's going on let's talk , talk to me. If you are ever in need of help with your child or a loved one with counseling or drug problem anyting call adapt they'll be more than willing to help you after you get the help they also have Aftercare help and believe me After care help you can still call them

My experience with adapt place was amazing, very clean and friendly people, if you want to live a sober life and you need help finding your way and tools and Techniques to do so, this is place you would want to go. Mrs Bass helped me, she goes above and beyond for all of her clients, she cares for each and everyone one individual. She’s there for you no matter what. She won’t give up on you. I recently graduated from adapt and is now in aftercare with mrs.bass, I have learn so much, I have tools and techniques and the Will to stay sober forever.

The services offered through the Adapt programs have provided numerous opportunities for growth and personal development. It’s allowed for fellowship and interaction with peers who are walking the road of recovery. There are peaks and plateaus with every journey. Having a medium available where you’re able to share your experiences and receive feedback and support has a lot of benefit. It’s far from comfortable all the time but that’s essentially an element of life. May unity and comradeship be derived despite trials and tribulations. The time and energy invested is earnestly appreciated
