These guys are the best in furniture assembly.....guys arrived, were very precise in putting this furniture together,... assembled a piece of furniture and cleaned up afterwards,no mess. I purchased a sole e55 elliptical but assembly was not included. i thought maybe i could do it myself, but the thing came with an entire textbook on assembly! clearly out of my league. the manufacterer recommended American Direct Logistics, and i was really pleased with the service provided. the technician, george, was timely, super professional and fast, despite the space constraints. turned an expensive heap of parts into a sparkling new amazing machine. really painless and they tested the unit and made sure i was satisfied before departing.

The State program could not get the actual company to deliver their own equipment and set up for Special Needs persons so they looked for 5 months to find this company. Christine Dennigan, Operations Manager sent each of the families a email to set up delivery dates and times. She answered each of my 5 return emails in a quick and timely manner. Christine went over and beyond to help us all be prepared for the delivery and set up. Stephen and Bob Shull showed up on time with the treadmill. They got right to work. They had been driving all over the state hundreds of miles making deliveries of equipment

Scheduled quickly! 2 guys arrived, unloaded, and had our treadmill set up in 20 minutes. Even hauled away the trash! It seemed a bit expensive for 20 minute job, but then I looked at the directions... And these guys KNEW what they were doing. I'm very happy with the service!!

Very unprofessional people ...completed a job for this company about two months ago ..still no payment received even after many confirmations that my check was “sent out”... contractors don’t even waste your time !!! I traveled 2 1/2 hours from my home to assemble products for this company and I have not received one penny. I completed the job on 1/29/2019 and on 03/9/2019 still not payed.

I was contacted by the person who would assemble our lockers directly and he said he could assemble on Wednesday but preferred Thursday. I contacted Wayfair directly regarding our order and they scheduled for our locker assembly. Because I wasn’t sure if they scheduled with the person that texted me or not, I texted the following to the individual, “ Hello! We ordered a large order from Wayfair. One of the items was a desk. We paid for assembly because the reviews said the desk was a nightmare to put together. American Direct has Independent Contractors come into your home to do the assembly of Wayfair and Joss and Main products (fyi).
