Our mills use the highest quality New Zealand Virgin wool and silk, as well as cashmere linen and Yak wool.

Patrick James is high end menswear. Living in a small town I order a majority of clothing, gifts, housewares, etc., online, which is how I purchased items from Patrick James. For being an upscale store, they are sadly lacking in customer service. It is very difficult to exchange items for a different size - more difficult than any other retail store. And if you happen to go beyond the 90 day window, they will send your items back - wrong size and all. This is NOT Nordstrom's!!! And I will not purchase from them again.
