Services
Our Massage Therapy Program is approved by the Florida, Georgia and Arizona Boards of Massage. Soothing Arts Healing Therapies School of Massage has been approved for Veterans' Training. Soothing Arts Healing Therapies School of Massage Therapy and Skin Care is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant students.
Our students receive all the instruction required to satisfy state and national requirements, giving them each the tools to pass the national certification exam or any of the other exams accepted by the state of Florida. The students receive training in the Swedish technique and other allied modalities i.e.
Soothing Arts Healing Therapies teaches a full program of skin care and hair removal, professional spa training, and body treatments. Our goal is to graduate a Skin Care Specialist equipped with the widest scope of training to be able to compete in the current spa environment. We have always utilized the best instructors to provide our students the best education possible in order to achieve a good, solid foundation.
For Post 9/11 GI Bill(R) (Ch 33) students and VA Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Ch 31) students, our tuition policy complies with 38 USC 3679(e) which means Post 9/11 and Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment students will not be charged or otherwise penalized due to a delay in VA tuition and fee payments.

Florida LAW requires that all students and licensee applicants for a massage therapy license must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Please provide transcript, diploma or GED Certificate. This school is run by very kind people. I started school in fall of 2020. I was in a car accident that December. Everyone at Soothing Arts was extremely accommodating of my injuries. I ended up moving back home without finishing the program, but they were so kind about it. I can tell they truly care about my well-being.

Do not waste your money at this school for nail tech. You do not get a kit. They provide you with 2 nail files a buffer and a nail brush. They do not have the proper equipment to teach you on. They have you use clothes pins as fingers. They teach you nothing at all about nails. The artificial nail teacher only comes 3 times your whole 3 months in school. For $3000.00 it is not worth it when you get pay half that in Pensacola and receive more. The ceiling is caving in. The nail teacher on Fridays sits on the couch waits for the 2 clients that come in, out of 6 students. We finish the clients and

I have been a student, client and teacher at Soothing Arts since 2002 and I have only had good experiences with everyone there. It is a first rate school and is getting better all the time. This massage school teaches more than just the basics that are required to get your massage license. I say this is like a private school. The teachers go above and beyond. The owner and staff are always willing to help you before and after graduation. They provide continuing educating instructors, space to teach us so we can maintain our licenses. I love the annual Christmas party. If you’re looking for the best of the best... This is it. When I’m asked what school I would recommend, I always Soothing Arts!
