I was really looking forward to finding an acupuncturist who could help me with pain i have from various autoimmune diseases. I was referred by one of my other medical providers. However, this practice is not taking new patients and the women who took my call was not nice about it. No offer to put me on a waitlist or telling me to try back in a month, or anything. Just matter of fact, "We are not taking new patients, bye". He may be wonderful, but no one will new will ever find out. The website should definitely state they are not taking new patients!!!

Dr Wu is an amazing healer, he takes your pulse and knows exactly what your issues are and with acupuncture and herbs fixes every issue. After my Mom passed, going through menopause, sleep issues, stress, knee full of arthritis decided to try acupuncture instead of the hormones and pain meds the doctors recommended. I have been seeing Dr Wu for 6 years and feel amazing, never have cold, flu, pain or stress.

Be warned do not get your hopes up to see Dr. Wu. After struggling for over a year with horrible migraines and the loudest most high pitched screaming in my head I was finally diagnosed with Ocular Migraines and have been treated by ENTs, Chiropractors and now a Neurologist with each one trying a myriad of medication or physical therapies. I researched Acupuncture and Eastern medicine and came across the glowing reviews and miraculous results, and testimonials about Dr. Wu. I was excited at the prospect of having a new avenue with proven results. I called early in the morning and left my name.

I've been dealing with back and joint pain for more than 20 years. I've had 2 surgeries on lower back in the last 3 years. I heard of Dr. Wu a couple years ago from an acquaintance and then my daughter made me try acupuncture last week and I was amazed with what I witnessed. This man is a genuine person that loves helping people. I will support him in helping people however I can. It was the Best experience I have ever had with alternative medicine. No new appointments for new clients until the end of October... Well hopefully i’m not in pain still in October. I wanted to see this doctor after reading his story and doing research but when you are in pain, you can’t wait a month to get an appointment. I guess you have to plan ahead for issues and get on the new clients list before you have an issue. But for now i will have to find a doctor who can see me. Maybe next time I can plan ahead for injury. :/

Dr. Wu is the best doctor in the world. He actually cares about each and every one of his patients!
I found him through Google when my son was 14 and I was out of town ....he was with his grandma and somehow he hurt his back and could hardly get out of bed. I had his grandma take him to Dr. Wu and within two treatments he was completely well and my son was hooked on Acupuncture for life... he said mom ....it’s like a miracle! Now my son is 20 years old and has been struggling with something called POTS where the adrenal glands don’t work very well, has had extreme fatigue, autoimmune disorder

After two car accidents within a year (and some serious bad luck) I was seeking alternative methods to help with my pain. I was suffering from chronic migraines, neck, back and shoulder pain. Dr. Wu saw how much pain I was in and said to give it 8 visits and I would be pain free. He was right. I’ll be a patient for life.

Dr. Wu is truly a miracle worker. I have had a condition with my voice which I have sought treatment including surgery at UAB hospital for several years with no success. I had immediate improvement after my very first visit with Dr. Wu. He is a religious, kind, humble man and so positive. His faith is evident and I feel blessed to have found him.

I went to Dr. Wu as a recommendation from my primary care doctor. I was told nothing else could be done other than pain management. Due to the severity of osteoporosis in my lower spine no one would advise surgery.... too risky. After 3 sessions with Dr. Wu I am feeling hopeful and pain free in my hip and sciatica area!!! I went to him with my heart and mind open hoping for relief. His ability and gift are amazing!!

Dr. Wu is a talented lifesaver! I told Dr. Wu I had Hashimoto’s disease which is a hypothyroid auto immune disorder that I have been taking a synthetic drug for the last 6 years to regulate my thyroid. I told him about this and he said he could cure it and he was so confident that I believed him. I got off the synthetic drug for the last five… months I just got my blood work back and my T levels are the best that they have been in years!! I did not believe in acupuncture and had never had it done, but I had a headache for 10 straight days after a bad fall where I hit my head. Dr. Wu's skillful placement of the needles was amazing and the headaches disappeared within a second of the last needle placement. They've stayed gone. I am now a believer and would definitely go to Dr. Wu again if I needed it. He is amazing.
