Tracey's unique calling is to help the hurting, to heal the broken hearted and help people find peace. Therapy is a rich and powerful experience of growth and change. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teenagers to successfully reduce stress, anxiety, depression; strengthen relationships; resolve grief, past traumas, and internal conflict.

Together we will work on modifying negative thinking and self destructive behaviors, build self-esteem and better thoughts; enhance intimacy, foster self discovery; and help to improve one's overall quality of life experiences. I offer supportive, caring, solution-focused methods. I have a special gift to help those people who have suffered from physical, emotional, sexual abuse, and trauma issues.

If you are in a blended family, then you know that, the whole stepparenting issue can be a frustrating one and you must deal with the complexities of stepfamily issues. The US Census Bureau says the number of stepfamilies is greater than the number of biological families, 50 percent of US families are remarriages, and 66% of remarriages that involve children fail, often because these families do not have resources or support.
Tracey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washingtion. She graduated from UCLA and University of Washington and has been practicing for 16 years. Her emphasis is in the general area of Depression and Anxiety Disorders. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, people with disabilities, trauma victims, sexual abuse victimes, domestic violence victims, military families, and foster children.
I believe the most important person in your teen's life is you, so we first schedule a meeting with the parents or caregivers. This allows me to get a better understanding of the difficulties your teen is facing. Discover the root of the problem, whether it is at home or at school, will best determine how I can help.

Tracey has been so supportive as we have worked together with my dr to reduce my anxiety which had me house bound. The support group is great and overall my experience with her has been very positive. I would highly recommend her to those dealing with life inhibiting anxiety.

Tracy is a very caring and compassionate counselor. I would recommend her to others. The background music in the waiting area is also very calming.

Tracy Hunt is a warm, compassionate, and loving counselor. She goes out of her way to make all her clients feel comfortable and safe. Her new office is relaxing and completely non-threatening. Tracy is great at listening and appraising problems that may contribute to our depression and anxiety. We all have our issues and sometimes it hurts to poke at them. Counseling takes time. I've been in and out of counseling my whole life. Tracy is one of the great ones.
