Yuck. My sandwich was as cold and salty as the woman who took my order. Literally huffing and puffing. That should have been enough for me to cancel the order. But I figured I would still give them a chance. Plus I had a simple order. 2 Hot Corned Beef and Swiss. My sandwich was salty, dry and simply not what I would have expected from such an established restaurant. The quality of the corned beef is definitely nothing to brag about. I've had better from my local grocery store deli counter. I didn't even have a full slice of cheese. Looks like they cut a piece in half. I asked for my condiments

Sadly, my family and I will no longer frequent this establishment. After several negative experiences with the elderly hostess (who I just found out is the wife/mother of the previous/current owner, I can no longer justify dining here. My 10-month son and I came in for lunch and the said person pointed and told us to go to the back of the diner. I asked her which table since there was a booth and table available. She turned to me and said, “take your baby and go to the back!” Rather than calling her out on her rudeness, I decided to turn around and exit the restaurant. I was chased down by

Corky & Lenny's in Woodmere is a very fine deli. They have a large dine-in area and a separate take-away section with all the goodies on display. I stopped in on a chilly NE Ohio Saturday afternoon in December. I started with a bowl of Matzo ball soup. It is served piping hot perfect for a day like today. The broth tastes very good. I followed the soup with the regular - not the KING - size Hot Pastrami sandwich - YUMMY! They served complementary whole dill pickles with the sandwich. The server, Chad was very nice and attentive. He had several customers and made the effort to treat each customer

First time. I have heard alot of good things about Corky and Lenny’s. Let me start with…….they do not disappoint. They are nice, polite and fun. I had a huge sandwich which was so big i had to take some home. And the prices are very good. If you want a great afternoon and lunch sandwich and more place. Then this is the one for you.

When you first walk in, you wait to be seated next to the deli counter where they are preparing orders. One of the waitresses walked over to grab an order, couldn't reach the cup of coleslaw so decided to stick her finger down in it to slide it closer to her. Then another waitress came over and said to the man preparing food "that looks terrible". We decided not to eat there because everyone seemed in a bad mood and it didn't seem they care.

I was not that impressed with the food I received from this location. Very diner style with nothing special. I ordered the BBQ chicken breast sandwich. The meat was HUGE compared to the bun, lettuce, and tomato so it made it very difficult to eat. It was also over cooked but covered up by so much sauce. The sandwich was just not a pleasant experience. And the fries were delivered cold. The mozzarella sticks were decent and still warm when delivered. The macaroni salad was okay but nothing amazing. No macaroni elbows were used but pasta shells were lol The sugar cookies were massive in size but

Good breakfast. Tables and place overall was clean. Quick service. Eggs, toast, and has browns was a nice portion size and had great flavor. The French toast appeared to be freshly cooked and good.

A friend suggested this place and their offerings looked tasty so I decided to stop in. I was able to slip in about 20 minutes before closing and they were buzzing with orders for sit down diners and take out orders. I didn't get anything too exciting, a corned beef reuben with spicy mustard instead of thousand island dressing. I ordered a couple latkes to go with the sandwich instead of the potato salad it comes with. The sandwich was stuffed full of juicy meat slices and the rye bread remained a firm toast even under the bulk of meat. The latkes were also tasty, I ordered sour cream rather than

Really amazing! I have gotten an earful about how great this place is from my brother in law for years and finally went. My server was amazing. He knew what we needed before asking and was really nice. Besides great staff, the food lives up to the hype. Everyone in our group had amazing meals and were so glad we drove out of our way to go there for lunch. Will absolutely go again.

One of our go to places when we are in Cleveland. The food is always good, the service is typically good. Today was a nightmare getting seated. It was busy, but not terrible. 2 large parties ahead of us so we waited because the hostess can't be bothered to seat 2 person parties when there is a party of 8 ahead of them. Even though multiple small tables are open. She moved like molasses.

After 40 minutes and seating the large party she SKIPS over us (and the other 2 person parties behind us) to seat a party of 4 that just arrived. Can't seat us in a booth for secret reasons only

I just wish this place was a little closer. The pickles are great, the knishes are great, and i can get beef tongue here - a real rarity. And there's something for the rest of my family also.
Good food, good service, decent prices.

Absolutely delicious meal! I had the Philadelphian which is pastrami and swiss with coleslaw and cheese on grilled rye bread, and my wife had the Challah melt which is corned beef and munster cheese on challah bread which is a sweet soft bread. I tried my wife's sandwich and I have to say it was awesome, next time in I might try and get a pastrami sandwich on challah.

Neighborhood staple and gem. So yummy and very kind and sweet service! It is great for kids and such reasonable prices and big portions. Best reubens ever especially with the turkey brisket. I loved it and the portion was amazing I had it for lunch and dinner. Great pickles, too.

Best peanut butter cookies, perfectly peanut taste, chewy, sweet, and salty. And very big!!

Great deli! Had a delicious hot pastrami sandwich and brought half of it home, as I also tried the kreplach soup. After eating, bought some potato pancakes to bring home. Those were really good just warmed in a pan. Super filling, super yummy deli food! Will be back if I'm on that side of town again!

This was my first time visiting and I'm not a frequenter of deli shops so keep that in mind when reading this review. 3 stars to means "it's okay" and four means "I'm a fan." I'd say my sandwich made me sort of a fan but the everything else made it okay. Okay is not bad.

I visited on a Saturday during a late lunch hour and ordered the Beef and Latkes with pastrami and applesauce. I loved the potato pancakes! Crispy and buttery in the outside and soft on the inside. The inside was like mashed and cut potatoes mixed. Their taste made me think of the

This place is located in a strip mall, so you wouldn't think it's going to be as large as it is. When you first walk in it offers a traditional deli setting, but once you walk past the counter it opens up into a large space with plenty of tables and booths. I brought my team here for lunch and we all commented on the large menu with many options. I went with a classic, a grilled cheese sandwich, but I was given the option of numerous different breads, and a long list of cheeses. Another member of the team ordered the "famous" Ruben, and it was stacked with meat that was freshly

This classic Jewish Deli has had its ups and downs over the 60+ years of its existence. The doors have closed and re-opened and generations have noshed on the piled high corned beef sandwiches and crunchy, garlicy pickles.

I am not ordinarily a Deli Delightful girl, but I love a juicy deli Reuben sandwich, dripping with melted swiss and classic, chaotic noise that comes with dining at the retro counter bar.

We came in on a Friday at noon expecting a wait, but were surprised at the immediate seating...pleasantly surprised. Our poor server seemed to be one of only three and he did the best he
