Services
Each bar is individually heat-sealed in airtight bags to maintain quality and freshness. We ship them in our custom gift boxes via UPS - typically it takes 2-6 days depending on location. Our bars do not require refrigeration and should always be consumed at room temperature. They are fresh for up to 4 weeks, and can also be refrigerated for up to 2 months or frozen for up to 6 months.

I ordered 2 cakes during quarantine and I could not be any happier and impressed with how the cakes turned out, how absolutely amazing the service was- the pricing, the response time, the delivery. Not only was I blown away by Despina's professionalism (extremely communicative and accommodating to your needs and exactly how you want each detail), but the cakes that she had created were soo beautifully decorated/elegant and just as delicious! I ordered the vanilla buttercream with Nutella filling and for another occasion ordered the chocolate hazelnut mousse buttercream which weren’t too sweet

I live in Indianapolis, IN. On Wednesday, September 16, 2020, I called several bakeries in the Hackensack/Lodi area inquiring about cupcake delivery. No one could assist me with what I needed. I just happened to call and leave a message at Despina's Cream Bakery and she called me back. If that wasn't surprising enough, she agreed to deliver the cupcakes to my sister for her birthday, which by the way was the next day. My sister called me and shared that Despina delivered the beautiful cupcakes personally!!!! How awesome is that!?!

I had ordered a cake and cupcakes for my gender reveal party from Despina and it was a hit! Her cakes are so moist and not too too sweet! The cupcakes were fluffy and amazing as well. Despina was so easy to work with. She is very accommodating to your needs and is available whenever you need her. She listens to every detail and executes them perfectly. She is fast, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend her and her amazing services. It was such a pleasure working with her and will definitely work with her in the future !!!

It's tough to truly describe the concept of "made with love" without challenging people to try Despina's products. THAT'S what "made with love" tastes like! These aren't the artificial-tasting goods you get at chains. These are brilliantly made goodies with attention to every last detail and extraordinary flavors and ingredients. This is the real deal. Every single thing on the menu is shockingly good. I don't normally eat cake, but these are so damn good, you can't pass up trying them. As for cupcakes, I've tried every cupcake in NYC. You NEED to try these!!! SO fresh, SO flavorful, SO beautifully

I really don't know where to even start with this review because words alone cannot express how AMAZING all of Despina's desserts are. I've been lucky enough to try so many of her masterpieces and not one of them fell short of phenomenal. Her cupcakes and cakes are as moist and delicious as can be. Her cheesecakes are velvety smooth...not too heavy but just the perfect combination of light and creamy. Her bars are so perfect for parties and get togethers and best part is they are all SOO GOOD!!!!!! You truly can't go wrong with anything you order with Despina. I promise you your experience will

I've had the privilege of experiencing Despina's desserts multiple times. Her red velvet cupcakes are my personal favorite, however everything from the flour-less chocolate cake to the lemon bars are made to perfection. It's obvious she bakes every order with care! I'm usually the type to easily pass up sweets but I can't deny a slice of Despina's cheesecake! Honestly, the best I've ever had.

I'm not a huge cheesecake fan, but I ordered a classic cheesecake for a recent family function and it was delicious!! It wasn't overly sweet and didn't have that sour aftertaste that cheesecake can have. The texture was smooth and the taste was exactly how cheesecake should be.
I'll definitely be ordering from Despina again for any party!

As a cheesecake lover yet a wary cake consumer, Cream Bakery delivers on all levels. The cheesecakes Despina makes are far superior to any I have ever had but the cake is even more impressive. I ALWAYS pass up cake yet the cake made at Cream is actually appealing and is just not your typical bland boring cake. My favorite dessert though at Cream is the chocolate hazelnut cream pie....this is a must try

Despina made my wedding cake 2 years ago. Let me just say how many compliments I had from all my guests on how delicious it tasted and how beautifully decorated they were!
She made her specialty... moist, creamy and not too sweet red velvet cake, which is a favorite of mine!
We had several meetings and she even had a tasting for me and my then fiancé. We decided on doing a deconstructed version where we had 4 separate cakes. We had them propped on wooden slabs that a friend of mine built. Despina was open minded in doing a nontraditional wedding cake which fit our rustic theme perfectly. She
