We are happy to accept new patients. To schedule an appointment, please call us at 623-972-1055. During your first visit, we ask that you bring all pertinent medical records and a list of current medications and dosages. To expedite the registration process, we encourage all patients to bring your insurance card, photo identification and co-pay.

I decided to go with Dr Dai as she was close to my home. I had an appointment in April 2021 to refill RXs that I had been on since 2014. She did not spend much time with me and it seemed like she was not listening to me and my concerns at the time. I thought I had a years worth of renewals and found out I did not and she would not issue me a new RX unless I came into the office....so she can charge me for it. I am upset and angry and warn others to beware.

My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Dai for several years. We are both equally grateful to have found a caring, compassionate doctor with a truly outstanding staff. Dr. Dai corrected a prescription issue on initial visit & we have been impressed with her knowledge & skill ever since. Whatever medical issues we have, Dr. Dai & staff have been there for us. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted by Haru, the doctor's beautiful retriever, a darling therapy fur baby to make us laugh. Then we see Tristan, front office Super Hero who leaps over admin errors & battles the bureaucratic blunders

I am so happy with the progress I have made with my weight loss journey with being a patient of Dr. Dai. Dr. Dai took the time to explain what was going on and addressed all my health issues that were slowing down my weight loss. Down 20 lbs and counting. Dr. Dai is a great doctor and is now our family doctor. We are so glad to have found her. Her staff are just as amazing and always pleasant to deal with.

Dr Dai is my doctor and I have referred my whole family to her as well. She is very knowledgeable, thorough with the course of treatments and doesnt sugarcoat it. She is very direct and honest. I have to disagree with the previous review though as she is very fair with her patients and could care less about the money. I even overheard her discounting her services for her patients considering their circumstances. This is very rare and its hard to find a caring Doctor like her nowadays. Take it from me and many other previous patients who’ve experienced same..It speaks volume!
