As many people would agree, the most successful projects tend to be the projects that foster an environment of interdisciplinary collaboration. Such was the case on the TripAdvisor Headquarters project. As the first phase of a 13.68 acre, multi-phased corporate office park development, the TripAdvisor Headquarters is comprised of office/research and development structures with a total square footage of 820,000+/-.

We worked in close collaboration with Normandy Real Estate, Avison Young, Elkus Manfredi Architects, and Tetra Tech (civil engineering) to realize a place that is not only functional and aesthetic, but is actively contributing to environmental sustainability via the use of permeable pavement and a rain garden network.
