I brought my review down to 1 star. Half of the plants that Zen recommended and planted are not growing anymore or not thriving, mind you they installed the drip irrigation system around the plantings. The bluestone patio they convinced us to partially install in the winter because the ground wasn’t frozen yet is now uneven and stones are moving. I now have to redo that area so I reached out to Offshoots. What a difference! I got an actual design plan made by an actual landscaping architect using our property plans instead of the basic drawing on a piece of paper that

They are talented, but they charge A LOT for design. I hired them for design services, and they delivered really nice designs, though they were very expensive. But their proposed cost for implementing the designs was over $300k. I wasn't building a new house; I wasn't even building a shed! The house I grew up in cost 1/2 this much. Not sure its worth getting nice designs that are cost-prohibitive to implement. Be wary.

Zen associates did a fantastic job of my patio. We were having serious problems with water draining down the hill in our backyard to our house. We had installed an interior French drain but were still having issues with walls bowing and cracking in our basement. I wanted a solution that would work but also be beautiful. Zen delivered wonderfully on both fronts. My husband is happy because the mechanical issues are fixed(regrading and underground drains) and I am happy because it is so beautiful. It was not cheap, but believe me, it was worth it. My kitchen faces this exterior patio, and
