Long-term care in a nursing home can be extremely expensive, usually costing (on a private-pay basis) somewhere approaching $7,500 per month in Southern Indiana.
Figuring out how to pay for a loved-one's nursing home care can be a daunting challenge, not only because there are usually several different ways to consider paying for that care, but also because of the complex laws involving Medicaid, which is the primary government program that, out of any other, sometimes pays for a person's long-term care.

We were in immediate need of several documents created due to an upcoming surgical event. This attorney took time out of his busy schedule to complete said documents overnight. This attorney met us next morning to complete the legal documents in a super fast timeframe. We certainly have high regards for this attorney and his office. Thanking you for great service and your expert knowledge. We highly recommend.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Was a wonderful experience working with John. He's quite professional, communicates in simple language and doesn't mind explaining as much as necessary. He listens carefully and reviewed all my ideas and questions to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Have already recommended him to friends.

When my husband passsd away I didnt know where else to turn. John was very understanding, and helped explain things to me in a way I could understand. He worked very hard to make sure my husbands estate was properly managed and took the time working with the other attorney to make sure I recieved the maximum share I was entitled to by Law. I am so glad I decided to go with such a fine young man that is so passionate about his work and working for his clients.
