Again a missed regular garbage pickup - after a holiday week with only one pickup day. Neighbors have all kinds of garbage out, disgusting! And I paid my bill on time and in full. Cannot we demand some minimum level of service?? Tomorrow is our combined recycling pickup which will be in addition to a missed pickup. Again, there is so much trash in our on the street already and if there is wind, it goes everywhere

My Co-Mingled Glass & Plastic recycling has not been picked and has been at my curb since August 25, 2021 and is now approaching 2 months. Have made calls to complain every week for the past 7 weeks, and just recently started calling everyday. The response is always the same that the issue will reported and escalated to a supervisor and that… “someone” will come by to collect the recycling. Yesterday 10/20/21 I spotted the recycling truck and thought they would finally pick up, but instead they stopped at 1 house on the street picked up their recycling and then made a u-turn

Garbage doesn’t get picked up on time. My commingled recyclables didn’t get pick up since 08/25/21 . Called multiple times and asked when and the answer is : “ please leave it curb side we will do it today” but God forbid don’t pay the bill by due date : “ we have to charge you interest “ plus must pay for city communal cleaning: LEGALIZED EXTORTION that’s what PMUA is.

Very angry with the PMUA... The first available date given to me for one of my bulk dates is 12/10/2021. I am told at that time, that PMUA would allow me to have a drop off for free since the date was so far out. I called to do that, but was told I couldnt have it on the day I requested, because it had to be scheduled two days before and before noon. What kind of crazy mess is this. They are not picking it up. I am dropping it off, but I can't have the free one I was told I could have, because I didn't call two days ahead before 12 noon. This is a complete ripoff.

Somehow, my phone number ended up on their robo-dialer list. So I started getting text messages about recycling pickup. Replied stop and they stopped. Now I’m getting phone calls! I’ve called & left a message three times and asked them to remove my number but I’m still getting the calls. I’ve never lived in Plainfield. Plainfield doesn’t pick up my recycling. Nothing. Don’t understand how I got on this list and definitely don’t understand why they won’t leave me alone!
