Great company, prices are great. They do one pickup a week but were flexible in picking up when we forgot to put our garbage out. Their prices do not go up and they do a great job! They do not have crazy fees as we had with other companies so we have been very happy!

Disappointed in them. We have a Monday Thursday pickup and we pay for that twice a week pick up and don’t get it the weeks that there is a Monday holiday. We understand that because it’s written policy, but when there isn’t a holiday on our pickup day, Monday and We call at 8:30am on Tuesday and at 4:30pm and Maryellen only can say the back office can only apologize so much.....uhhh I don’t need an apology I just need my garbage picked up. Blue Star needs to do their job. I get a call no problem from her when our garabage can had been turned the wrong way within minutes of them collecting
