I cannot say enough about Team Plunkett!!! Michelle and Trevor were absolutely AMAZING throughout our home buying process. They work as a team, so at each showing, they showed up prepared with notes about the property, listing printouts, and an immense amount of knowledge about modifications, codes, etc. Each phone call, email, text, both of them were involved. We both have very hectic careers (EMT and engineer), so time and availability isn't on our side. However, Team Plunkett did ALL the heavy lifting! What can I say about Team Plunkett other than they are INCREDIBLE! Michelle and Trevor are a winning combo for home buying and home sales. I highly recommend Team Plunkett. Michelle and Trevor are the most helpful and knowledgeable real estate agents you could ever want to hire. Michelle is both an attorney and CPA and Trevor has a background in construction. Both have many years of experience in the real estate market, particularly in the South Bay.

I first met Michelle and Trevor 7 years ago, when I set out to buy my first house. At that time, my husband and I had gone to multiple open houses, not knowing anything about real estate. Michelle and Trevor were an invaluable asset both in the sale of our previous home and search for a new one. They are hard working, professional, experienced, trustworthy and well connected within the real estate community. Their network of service providers (title, escrow, mortgage, home inspection, and building trades) were all top notch. Trevor and Michelle go above and beyond to make the selling experience easy. We got our Mom's condo sold at a competitive price and in a timely matter. We have worked with Michelle and Trevor twice. The first time 3 years ago purchasing our home and this year selling the home.
