Ali has a 15+ years of title insurance and escrow experience in residential, commercial, and relocation transactions. She began her career right out of high school, eventually working her way up to becoming a full Escrow Officer. Her extensive knowledge on every aspect of the escrow industry is invaluable to our clients in Tall City.
Title Insurance is a one-time fee paid to protect both lenders and buyers from potential financial loss due to any previous defects in a title to a property. Unlike most insurance, this fee is paid once and covers the full history of the title document for as long as a property is owned. I have done work with this company 3 different times and all 3 yimes i have been pushed back and lied to. Closings have gone wrong. Dont receive deeds for properties until i have to remind them a year later. Constantly lied to and everything you can think of
