We offer a range of services to make your home look its absolute best so it stands out from the crowd. As professional real estate developers, we understand what it takes to get a home sold for top dollar. Our West Sacramento warehouse is home to a large selection of furniture, artwork, and accessories to stage a variety of home styles.
We service most areas within about two hours of Sacramento. We mean it when we say we are flexible though, so if you need staging in an area we don't typically service, contact us and we'll make every attempt to make it happen! One client recently needed a 5,000 square foot luxury home furnished for an upscale rental, and the home was in Los Angeles.
Our goal is to make the staging process easy for our clients. Since we own our trucks and inventory, and have our own team of designers and installers, we are able to respond quickly to staging requests. More than half of our revenue comes from repeat clients. While staging is marketing and not decorating, we do like to learn our clients' design preferences and take those into consideration when staging.
We love the before and after of this basement bedroom with no windows. We used curtains and lamps in our design to lessen the "basement" feel of the space. The home went pending in less than a week and sold for $10,000 over list price, making the seller nearly five times their staging investment. We're proud to say this happens often for our clients!

We recently listed our Montclair home on the market. I contacted several staging firms for quotes; some who never returned my call, and one who didn't show up for the appointment. When I first spoke with 2020 and then met with them ... I immediately knew they were the ones for us. We sold our house in short order, in part I'm convinced, because of what a nice job 2020 did ... it looked like a model home.

I had my home staged ,reluctantly,at the advice of my Realtor.When I walked into the house after 2020 Home Staging was done,I was completely blown away! I could not believe that it was the same house! What a beautiful job they did..It was worth every penny I spent to have it done. And, the house sold in less than a week! He took one look around and knew exactly how to make the place pop. I couldn't be happier with the way it came out. I have used 2020 Home Staging for all of my listings (probably well over 100 now) and my sellers are always pleased with the results.
