Just wow!! Debbie was our stager, and she made our home POP!! Our ranch-style home is not modern-looking, nor does it have a formal feel. Debbie was able to mix classic styles with a modern flair and bring out the best in every room she staged. I was fortunate to meet The owner of the company when he came to help with the de-staging, and had a wonderful time learning about his business and his obvious passion for it. Just closed the sale of my listing. Used Brite Ideas and Charles for staging the home. Charles was easy to reach and got the home setup quickly. The home looked great! Seller was very pleased. That Friday, home was on the market, by Sunday had 9 offers and sold in 11 days way over asking. I think much of the appeal was due to the homey feel that the furnishings imparted to the home. The home was quickly destaged in a timely manner and left just the way it was found.

Brite Ideas did a fantastic job staging my small Tahoe Park home, the house was very small at 850 sq. ft. but the careful choosing of the furniture done by Tony of Brite Ideas gave the potential buyers a great concept of layout and how the buyer can choose the best furniture for ultimate functionality with its tight and small design.
The sale of the house could of been in three hours but our real estate agent insisted we wait until the end weekend to accept an offer. I know the staging brought me the dollar amount I was asking for the house. Those that walked through the home were so impressed

This week is my third experience with Brite Ideas Staging. I would not recommend anyone try to sell a property without seriously considering professional staging. The cost is far outweighed by the value in marketing a property. A few years ago I saw what Brite Ideas did to present a home in Curtis Park. The home sold quickly with top of the market pricing. The same agent suggested I use them to help present a rental property I wanted to sell this summer. It was beautiful. I can only speak on the delivery from Brite Ideas Home Staging of what was purchased because I wasn't present when my SO and my MIL made the transactions.
It was a rough first impression but a good one none-the-less. My SO and MIL had told me they just happened to be driving by when they saw some furniture for sale by a staging company. I guess they sell their staging furniture to the public only a couple times a year(?). I recently had my midtown home on the market. For the listing, my realtor referred me to Brite Ideas for staging. Chuck and his wonderful partner (sorry, forgot name!) are amazing- they transformed my living room (first impression when prospective buyers first come in the house!), and my entire basement (a separate apartment) into show pieces!
