If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The jumphouse that we ordered for my sons first birthday party was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! I am talking 3 paper bags worth of garbage that we had to clean out of there. Deflated balloons, plastic sun glasses, cheetos EVERYWHERE! They say that they sanitize for COVID safety, but these jump houses are not even picked up! I did not have the negative experience that others seem to have had. I do agree that the telephone customer service is a bit gruff, but they were responsive to my questions and helped schedule early morning delivery because I was nervous the bounce house would not arrive on time for our 10am party. The delivery and set up went smoothly, and pickup was on time and quick. The bounce house itself had a few patches on it, but nothing that prevented the kids from having a great time. My wife and I ordered three heating lamps for our sons birthday party this past weekend. The heating lamps were delivered on time, which was about the only good thing that happened.

If I could give them a 0 I would!!! On 2 separate occasions did BAJ completely ruin my childs party. Delivery of TABLES & CHAIRS were set for 9am (party started at 12) delivery came at 1:30PM MY GUEST HAD NO WHERE TO SIT!!!! I called by driver only for her to continue to send my calls to voicemail.

I wish I had read reviews on Google or Yelp before renting from Bay Area Jump. After having rented from Bay Area jump two times before and with positive experience, unfortunately this time it was a poor experience. We ordered a water slide jumper for our daughter’s birthday. We rented a water slide jumper from Bay Area Jump. The worker came in the morning at 9am even though we wanted it at 11am. No problem though. The worker looked grumpy from the start. The first blower didn't work and I checked my outlet that it was functioning fine. So he had to bring another blower. He himself connected both blowers to the same outlet and while leaving mentioned in passing that the electrical outlet may trip. I have used this company for years with no issues. Friendly staff, timely setup. Today was terrible. The delivery employee asked me where I wanted the jump house which I thought I had already specified in my order and when I told him it was for the backyard he made a fuss about it. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. He then proceeded to ask me to help him plug it all in with two children and a barking dog around. He was 1.5 hours late as well. I will never use this company ever again. And the jumpy wasn’t fully inflated, probably had a slow leak. Never again.

As much as I love bag area jump, and the website is extremely user friendly, staff is always super helpful- this last time around was an absolute joke. We ordered this bouncer knowing it was larger than most. The gentle who showed up Jimmy, showed up solo to move a 500lbs jumper. I ordered from Bay Area Jump for a bounce house and a cotton candy machine for 5/8/2021. They had to bring it early on 5/7 which was fine however, pick up went COMPLETELY wrong.

Last Saturday we booked a bouncer for my daughter's birthday. We were surprised when the jumper wasn't picked up at the end of the day, and when the driver came to pick it up on Sunday, I mentioned that I was surprised that it hadn't been picked up on Saturday. To that comment, he mentioned that when he came on Saturday, he could see from the road that the kids were still enjoying the bouncer and he decided to leave it so they could enjoy it longer.

The bouncy house arrived over 2.5 hours late, and they sent only one person who did not know how to set it up. We had to rally multiple parents to help set up the bouncy house & then we cleaned it ourselves b/c it was so dirty. The customer service was horrible — The call center had no idea why the driver was late, could not provide an ETA, could not provide a pickup time for the retrieval of the bouncy house & also unable to assure us of any discount/refund for the fact that it did not arrive until the party was nearly over.

Where do I start? I ordered a bounce house 2 weeks in advance. My party started at 2pm and ended at 6pm. My delivery request was from 1pm-6pm. At 1:30pm I called to see what was going on. NO ONE informed me that the bounce house would be late or about it's location. I rented a jumper for Easter Sunday. The website was easy to use and had good photos and details of all the jumpers. For new customers, we had to scan/send a copy of our Photo ID (it's a fraud prevention measure by their team). Then, I was in contact with a sales rep on the phone to finalize the details. I was skeptical when ordering a jumpy house from this place. I called the office and ask for reassurance and wondered why their reviews were not so good. After being on the phone for a few minutes i had my questions answered and felt confident to move forward with the ordering process. Unfortunately it was not a great experience. I had 130 people, rented the coconut falls water slide and a rock wall. We had about 25 kids. All of them went down the slide once or twice and stopped because they got scratched up. Next day my grandkids had scratches all over their legs. I called and a lady was rude.
