We booked this company for my niece’s eighth birthday party and it was an awful experience. They came out in the morning and said the grass was too tall and would be back later. We mowed it and when they came back (an hour later than scheduled) said it wouldn’t work out at all, anywhere. We had a handful of men willing and wanting to help but they refused. Seriously, I would leave negative stars if I could. First they showed up almost 2 hours late. As soon as the two ghetto delivery set up guys get out of the truck, they were coming up with one excuse after another as to why they couldn't set up the slide. ON GRASS! We even offered a tractor because the slide is heavy. They just weren't trying to work. They took our deposit online. These two guys had the mom, who apparently is the owner on the phone. I called this lady today for a quote. She kept interrupting me from the start. I noticed her English was broken so I asked her if she spoke Spanish. She says "No im not Mexican!" She sounded offended. Mind you, I never asked if she was Mexican. Only reason I had asked that was because she had the accent like she did speak spanish so I try to make it easier for anyone that speaks spanish by me talking to them in spanish being that I am fluent English/Spanish. DO NOT RENT THREW THEM!!! Worst experience I have ever had. They had some scary men drop off the equipment, cussing up a storm with children present. Broke my fire pit. And then refused to help with any type of reimbursement of anything. And then "their manager" I do not no her name. Was just yelling at my husband and I on the phone.. THEE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN! Take your money else where. Spend the extra $30 or whatever you could save and go somewhere else. I am telling you.

Very disappointed in this business. Our experience today was TERRIBLE. A lady ( I llater found it was the owner) rang our doorbell 2 hrs prior to the scheduled time and marched into our back yard to start measuring. She then told us she would only be able to pick up the jumper late as well, several hours later than the time we had scheduled. I mentioned that that was too late for us and she started picking up her things and leaving saying we were not happy with the service. Do NOT rent for this company. The jumper never fully inflated. Called to let the owner know about it. She cursed at me and told me I was lying. She double charged my bank account. It was such an unprofessional experience from beginning to the end. There was duck tape in the seams of the jumper patching holes. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me. $250 x 2 later for the 4 in 1 dinosaur jumper and then to have the owner act ratchet. My son and his friends made the best of it but it was not of decent quality and the owner does NOT stand behind their product.

GO ELSEWHERE! Seriously, these people showed up to our house 4 hours early. As soon as I mentioned to them that they were early the guy began to rant about how he had other customers he had to attend to and on and on....he was rude, pushy and kept on ranting. He began threatening to just leave. While we had no issue with the dunk tank operationally. Filo's needs to work on their customer service skills..
The dunk tank we ordered was set for 5:30pm as a surprise for a birthday. Filo's arrived at 9am to set up the unit blowing the surprise.
Then, when they were taking the unit apart, Filo's flooded the party without notifying anyone beforehand so we could move the tables and our guests. Then they ripped the signage we placed on the unit and threw it in the water left by the tank.
I myself, as well as 35 other people will not use Filo's in the future.

Great service!! I am the type of person that praises great customer service. I first allowed my 7, so soon to be 8, year old daughter pick out the water jumper she wanted for her 8th birthday party. She picked and I added to cart and paid my deposit down payment (you pay the rest when they show up). The day before her party I received a courtesy call/text from them to confirm the delivery and that I had ordered a dry jumper. First experience was ok. They showed up earlier than expected time. They do not call to confirm arrival time. Second time, absolutely terrible. They were late and tried to collect the full amount when the deposit was already cleared. (On a different card that was closed due to fraud.) Had to show bank statements to prove this. And tried to make a huge scene about how it was inconvenient for them that I was in the bathroom when they arrived. My bad. Nature calls. Not my fault you were late AND rude.

Was on Highway 4 today and a guy driving a pickup with a trailer with the company named emblazoned on it aggressively passed several vehicles and cut them off causing many people to slam on their brakes.
