Welcome to Brick Oven Bakery, where we are excited to introduce traditional French pastries to the area. To make our breads and pastries we use traditional and time-honored methods. Our hope is to make breads how they should be made - by hand, and as fresh as possible. Our breads are naturally leavened and fired in a real brick oven, bringing you the freshest, best tasting breads.

Please stop in to taste for yourself. Fresh from the brick oven everyday, we offer a rotating selection of real sourdoughs loaves, an assortment of croissants, danishes and "cruffins", as well as a full coffee bar.
Services
Our goal is to make breads how they should be made, bringing traditional baking methods to life. Brick Oven Bakery's breads are made with care by hand daily using natural ingredients and time-honored methods. Our sourdoughs are naturally leavened and made using only three ingredients - flour, water, salt.
Ideally, you should store you loaf in a cotton bread bag or wrapped in a large tea towel, so that the bread can "breath". Leave your bread in a relatively cool place so it can maintain normal ambient moisture levels. Storing bread in a plastic bag is not ideal, particularly in a warm place as the bag may cause "sweating".

The food and drink, first of all, were amazing. I got a couple of drinks and a sandwich when I first came to the bakery. I was scouting the place for my senior photos and worked up the nerve to ask someone about it and if it would be possible. I ended up talking to the manager I believe and she was lovely. She wasn't quite sure if I could but told me to call them back a couple of hours later because the owner should have responded to the inquiry by then.
I called them back later and the call was a success, they worked with us and we got about an hour before close to work. All the staff was nice

Wonderful pastry experience. Reminds me of Greek Town in Detroit with the variety and wonderful flavors. Keep up the great work.

10/10! We had the pleasure of checking out the Brick Oven Bakery during a recent photography session. Our client was looking for a cozy atmosphere for their senior session and Brick Oven did not disappoint! Not only are their baked goods AMAZING, but the owner Sandy is wonderful! She was so welcoming and generous throughout our time there, which was truly appreciated!

Tired a little bit of everything, ate some there and took some home to eat over the week. It’s the best bakery I’ve tasted! ❤️ The coffee is excellent too. It will be a regular spot now that we’ve moved from Texas to North Dakota.

As a first timer, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. A beautiful woman helped me figure out what I wanted this morning. I ordered a beverage with a couple of different pastry options and I am not disappointed!!! ♥️♥️💋 I now have a new favorite spot WITH rewards. I’m so happy that #PaneraBread failed me this morning. What a great start to a long weekend!!!💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️

I love this place! Ordered a strawberry danish and a iced miel!! One of the best coffees I have ever had, not overly sweet! The danish was also delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating. A little pricy, but tasty!

Beautiful, European style bakery in a comfortable historic building with inside and sidewalk seating.
Too many appetizing pastry options, including both savory and sweet, though nothing is overly, sugary sweet. Wide variety of espresso drinks and solid drip coffee, too. Great value for the price, with pastries between $4 and $5.

Sooo good! I had a cup of coffee & a cruffin. Amazing flavor, perfect texture Noticed they use flour from Wheat Montana, which is a bakery must in my book. We will definitely visit again.

Adorable little place. Great Lattes and excellent croissants. I can’t wait for a weekend to stop at Ferguson’s books then spend a morning sipping hot coffee and eating a danish while I read! Perfect for a quick date, or a coffee run from work.
